Personnel plutôt aimable mais ne fait pas d'effort pour comprendre l'anglais. Demande de faire la chambre à plusieurs reprises (pourtant en Vietnamien), eau noire ou coupures d'eau à de multiples reprises, jamais je n'étais prévenue !
