i've expected way more for a "suite"

I've made 2 reservations for a suite each ... no idea, what this hotel thinks of a suite. for me it was just a standard room. although I don't mind some stiffer mattress -> bedding was very hard. Hotel staff was very friendly and speaking good English.

The hotel room is excellent, but we were not happy because we reserved a room for two with two single beds. we were given a room with only one bed during the first night. It was only during the second day when we were transferred to a room with 2 single beds.

변기 옆에 달린 청소용 호수같이 생긴거 비데니까 참고하세요. 샤워 부스안에 세면도구를 둘수 있는 선반이 있으면 좋을것 같아요.

고객에 대한 배려가 아쉬운 곳

시설이 좀 오래 되고 좁아서 편하지 않았는데, 더 큰 문제는 아침 6시부터 드릴 공사를 하는 소음 때문에 잠을 잘 수가 없어서 너무 불편했습니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 편하질 못했네요. 아침식사도 한국인을 위한 특별한 메뉴가 있다고 소개가 되었지만, 특별한 메뉴는 따로 없고 휼륭하지는 않은 김치찌게나 미역국 같은게 하나씩 있었습니다. 조금 더 고객을 위한 배려가 필요해 보입니다.

직원은친절, 시설은 글쎄..

5일동안 묵었습니다. 수압이 넘 약하고 방이 습해서 지하실냄새가납니다. 수압,냄새에 민감하신분은 비추입니다. 또한 아침식사 절망입니다. 단, 직원들은 친절합니다.

가격대비 그저그런 호텔입니다

체크인 시 방 확인에 문제가 있었는데 호텔직원이 영어나 한국어로 의사소통이 원활하지 않아 불편했습니다. 체크인 하루 전 날 하노이에 홍수가 나서 엘리베이터 전등도 제대로 작동하지 않았고 예약한 방에 묵기가 어려워 하루는 다른 방에서 머물렀습니다.

처음에 창문이 없는 방에서 무척 고생을 했고 다음에 5블 더 올려서 그나마 창문 있는 방에서 잘 수 있었다. 직원은 친절한 편이나 방 상태가 안좋았다 심지어 에어컨이 고장이 나기도 했지만 고칠 생각도 안했다 외부전화도 밑 프론트에서 걸어야 되었고 불편함이 많았다

시설은 별로이나 불편함은 없음

호텔 방에 창문이 없고 벽지 색깔과 벽에 걸린 그림이 싸구려 호텔 느낌이 들었으나 1박하는데 불편함은 없음. 조식은 부페이며 밥과 김치도 준비되어 있음.

하노이 브란드 2 호텔 이용기 입니다.

베트남 여행은 처음이라 다른 호텔에 비해 어떻게 다른지는 정확히 모르겠네요.. 우리나라 일반 모텔(어느정도 연식이 된)급 이며, 룸에 있는 모든 물, 음료 및 식품(껌 포함)은 모두 유료입니다. (비싸진 않습니다) 개인 금고는 없으며, 내부 가구등은 나이가 느껴지며 호텔 내부는 나름 청소가 잘 되어 깨끗한 편입니다. 세탁 서비스는 가급적 받지 마시고 (건조가 덜 되어 옷에서 냄새가 납니다.)조식 메뉴는 5가지 정도로 엄청 소박합니다. (빵, 계란프라이, 베이컨, 햄, 면 정도?) 리셉션 매니저는 매우 친철하고 가능한 모든 요구사항을 수용해주려고 하더군요. 단점은 큰 길 옆이어서 자동차 소음이 좀 들어오고, 공항으로 이동 시 택시를 불러주는데 일반 승용차로 택시에 비해 깨끗합니다. 택시비는 체크 아웃시에 함께 계산하니 공항 도착 후 간단한 팁만 주시면 됩니다. 택시비는 약 2만원 정도 합니다. 하노이 주변 여행 위주로 숙박만 필요한 비교적 저렴한 숙소를 찾으시는 경우에는 나쁘지 않은 듯 합니다. 하지만 그 주위에 비슷한 규모의 호텔이 워낙 많으니 일정 기간동안 머물기 보다는 숙박해 보시고 추가로 연장하는 방법도 좋을 듯 합니다.

長期出張にオススメ！

長期出張で大変お世話になりました。ホテル関係者がとにかく感じが良い☆ 程よいローカル感も感じられるエリアで、近く（歩けるところ）にBigCというワリと大きなショッピングセンター的なものもあり、食べるもの、暇つぶしには困らない。部屋のクォリティは値段相応というところだが、個人的には何の不満もなく他の国の同レベルのホテルから比べると以外とシャワーが上等でビックリ☆ 機会があればまたココで☆
