Location is close to everything, facilities were good as was breakfast selection (buffet style but with an omelette/egg station and a pho station), staff were very helpful and efficient. Room didn't have a window and the AC/heating was finicky (didn't work properly the first 1-2 nights, but resolved itself) but otherwise good - comfortable bed, TV, desk, kettle etc and complimentary bottles of water.

Staff was amazing! 10/10!!!! Breakfast is probably the only thing that gets a 4 from me, coffee was a little cold. Aesthetically it was 10/10! I would stay here again, hands down. Walkable to all the shopping, tap room with great beer down the street, so many things to do.

Great fruit selection at breakfast

Perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi’s old quarter and walking distance to many amazing places to visit. The room was clean and the bed firm. We found it difficult to control the room temperature through the night but this was probably our own fault! The team here are super friendly. At breakfast the fruit selection was fresh and vast - much appreciated. Would stay again.
