The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly with excellent English. Anna actually came to the local pharmacy with us to help with buying some cough medicine. We were able to leave our suitcases for the day after checking out. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Great service.

All elements of our stay - including a very nice breakfast - were perfect. I like to highlight the very welcoming and warm team of the hotel. Specifically Kate, Grace, Jerry and Dave gave us a fantastic stay and experience. We had some trouble with our local SIM cards and also with the room safe, and all has been solved within moments and with a smile. Great team, nice hotel, clear recommendation.

Extremely convenient for the position, two minutes away from the old quarter and the French quarter, 5 minutes from the Turtle Lake. Location of the hotel was superb, immediately in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi Old Quarter once you walk out the door and hallway. Staff are very friendly and attentive, the room was very clean and as expected from photos. As the hotel is located behind the main blocks on the road (through a small hallway inward from the road) it is very quiet at night, easy to catch some shuteye. Shout out to Ann and DA who made our stay feel extra welcomed, we will be sure to come back and stay with you guys!
