This hotel is great in all aspects. But it is in a small road for pedestrians and motorbikes. So taxi/Grab cars cannot drop off or pick up passengers near the hotel. We have to walk to larger streets for taxi. Not very far but quite painful as I have 3 pieces of luggages. Thanks to hotel personel that helped me carrying out to Grab accessible place , about 500m from the hotel. To be fair, the closest place is around 100m but on.that particular day, there was a festival in Hoan Kiem lake. So car traffic blocking area is extended much farther.

We had a fantastic stay at Kecho Legacy Hotel Hanoi. The room was quiet, clean, and featured very comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a great selection of food, and the hotel's location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and bars. We would definitely stay here again!

Property itslef was well maintained and nice. It gives you an old feel look. Rooftop bar was also okay but not much happening. What I didn’t like was the location of the hotel. It was on a very narrow alley so no cars can pass. Just outside is a sort of wet market, stalls selling raw meat on tables. Hotel is near to everything else though so not a biggie. It’s probably also the reason it’s quite compared to others.

New boutique hotel in Old Town area. Very convenient to walk around to sights seeing most of landmarks. Our room got cleaned every day. Breakfast was on the top floor with a great view. The price for the room was reasonable.

This was a beautiful property. Staff and Service was excellent. The rooms were a bit small and dark, but lovely furnishings. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Good location, close to everything, but the entrance is located in an alleyway if that bothers you in anyway.

The property itself is lovely. It’s on an alley that really gives you a direct experience of the old town! For a vegetarian the dead chickens and other cuts of meat all down the alley was pretty icky. The smells were also overwhelming. But the staff at this hotel is very sweet and the decor is lovely if in need of some serious repair/upkeep.

The hotel was in the perfect location. Off a side street to get away from the street noise, but at the same time right in the heart of all the action. The buffet was delicious and well arranged. Our room was very clean, hot hot shower, and a big comfortable bed. Would 100% recommend this place.

The night staff went above and beyond on our arrival. We had a scam attempt on us with our Grab driver and the staff helped communicate and resolve. Everything in the hotel was great. Only slight letdown was the breakfast. But maybe because we had high expectations (since food is so good all around the area). The only item we enjoyed was the pho every morning which was amazing.

Little hidden gem

We were out most of the day so literally just slept in the room! The beds were extremely comfortable, staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is great too. Slightly strange location in an alley too narrow for cars but the upside of that is less traffic noise! Very convenient location in the old quarter, highly recommend.

Handy location and upscale design

Great boutique hotel in Old Quarter close to lake. Location is a bit hard to find the first time because in an alley but otherwise well situated and gives it an even more local flavor. Nicely decorated, good size, functional room and great breakfast.
