The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They really made our vacation feel special. The room was clean and had everything one would need. The area was right in the middle of the Old Quarter and everything was walkable including Hoan Kem lake. I highly recommend this hotel

excellent service from staff, always having a smile on their faces and greeting us and having the right amount of small talk. also special thanks for acceding to my last minute request for decor and they even added in a cake! their breakfast area is small but has right amount of food. seems like it changes daily. there are many food option around the area and afew michelin food are all within 5 to 10minutes walk. hanoi night market start point is also about 5 to 10minutes away. the road in seems to jam quite often. and for the tours i book, i seem to have to walk to main road to board the bus, not sure if they are unable to enter or just inconvenience.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Right from the start, the customer service was outstanding. I was made to feel valued and my stay/comfort mattered. Each time I left/arrived at the hotel I was greeted and welcomed back. The exceptional customer service continued with breakfast staff also. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter. This was my first visit to the city and I found it a perfect place to stay and to explore from. The room/bed was comfortable also. When I left, the staff treated me like royalty. The conversation was friendly and I was as walked to my taxi and waved goodbye in the street. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any person.

A really beautiful boutique hotel set in a convenient location in the historic old quarter. The room was not large but we received an upgrade with a balcony. What stood out about the hotel is the tasteful and beautiful Vietnamese decor and the service which is top notch. The staff could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff went above and beyond in making our first time to Hanoi a very pleasant and stress free experience. The breakfast was always excellent and even though the hotel is a little out dated, it preserves all the traditional character of the old quarter.

Amazing stay, staff went above and beyond, Greta breakfast buffet. Beautiful hotel and clean room. Location is so convenient and a few steps from Hoan Kiem lake and main attractions. There are a supermarket, a temple and many cafes/shops nearby.
