The owner who visited from Feb. 29 to Mar. 3 was very kind. The owner waited for me until late. And the cleaner cleaned every day. And he replaced the clean towel. Ho Chi Minh always paid, but there was no such thing. Thanks to the very kind owner, I could travel more easily and enjoy my trip. He also checked my stuff again. Bathroom area drainage wasn't good as it got flooded each time I bathed. Owner wasn't really responsive and made multiple changes to the apartment I was supposed to stay. Right from the beginning, I have requested for the owner to share exact photos of the apartment one month before my stay. A week before my stay, I asked for the exact address and was given the info but this was again changed the day before my stay again. I have indicated to the owner that cleaning will not be required for that week which the owner did acknowledged however cleaning was still done. Communication has to be improved.
