I had an absolutely amazing stay at Meritel Hanoi! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The room was fantastic—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was like a birthday cake—sweet, delightful, and perfect in every way! Every detail, from the amenities to the ambiance, was top-notch. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Meritel Hanoi. The staff all are friendly, courteous, helpful and always made me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Great central location in old quarter, a few minute walk to train street, all tours pick up from the hotel. What really makes it special are the staff who were super helpful. Special mention goes to Mike who we relied on a lot for help and information throughout our stay.
