Great value in the heart of the old quarter.

In the middle of the old quarter, hectic traffic all around, but an interesting place to stay. Take the airport shuttle/taxi, you'll never find it on your own if visiting Hanoi for the first time. Value for money... excellent. Ventilation to bathroom area really needed, but the room very spacious and clean, Hotel excellent value for the money, only downside was the owners tendency to overcharge on things like the airport shuttle, and tours, but at such low room rental its forgiven.

The WORST hotel in my life

This hotel never check any reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, they just said there is no available room. But I made my reservation. So I had to move to another hotel. What a terrible hotel!
