Great place

It's quiete and beautiful neighborhood in the valley. You don't need to worry about any violence here.

Lovely space, great location

Great host; a welcoming, clean and comfortable space (and very comfy bed!!) and a fabulous location in Happy Valley. All amenities needed are within walking distance, great access to highways linking the city to the suburbs. I'll definitely stay here again.

The place is pretty dirty and there was no oven at all and a super small kitchen sink that’s round like a bowl and there is no where to put your things and they have there stuff all scattered around in the house and then u can hear every little thing and then there is no tub only showers. Also they were lacking in stuff to use while there, everything is very cheaply done and they were all out of pretty much everything so had to go to store and spend over 360 on stuff for us to use at the house it is ridiculous. I’m very very disappointed.☹️

Great spot in Happy Valley!

Her home is clean, organized and easy to access for her guests. while it is a shared space - Jan is super friendly and accommodating and we felt very comfortable staying with her! would definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves out west!

Posted Jun. 12, 2022 on HomeAwayWe were 4 ladies on an Oregon hiking adventure and we were amazed at how fabulous it was to stay at Jan's house. We were a little anxious about renting a shared house but it was such an easy experience! The place is spotless and easy and perfect! She is welcoming and friendly and the place is set up so well to not feel awkward. So easy and so great! Thank you Jan!

Very nice visit
Posted Sep. 15, 2021 on HomeAwayJan does a very nice job. The property is very clean and nicely furnished. Her communication is great as well. The Fred Meyer store is a walkable block away and has anything you may need for your stay. You can’t go wrong staying here. By the way, the mattress is VERY comfortable. Thanks Jan.
