The hotel is brand new with modern facilities and very clean rooms. Everything looked fresh and well maintained. However, since it is newly opened, there was still a noticeable paint or new construction smell in some areas. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but those sensitive to smells may want to keep this in mind.

Hotel is brand new, so some of this could just be kinks that need to be worked out. Like the fact that it took 5 minutes of running the shower to get warm water. The towel holders are already loose in the drywall and the bathroom door made contact with the floor and door jamb. My absolute biggest frustration was the hotel promising that breakfast was included and then only offered frozen muffins and frozen bagels. Even the cream cheese and butter were by request only. It was shameful. That isn't even a proper snack. It is like they are trying to meet the minimum requirement to list the property as breakfast included. Also, all the k cups in my room were decaf. Otherwise the property was great: clean, quiet, conveniently located, and reasonably priced - if they actually offered breakfast with the stay!

This is a new hotel. It is not complete and should not be receivingt Guests. They could not ever find my Expedia reservation that I had paid in full and they charged me for my lodging advising me to contact Expedia for a refund of the amount I had paid to Expedia.

Loved this hotel the staff was helpful it was clean and the beds were very comfortable❤️ Best part was the location it was awesome and conveniently next to Walmart grocery n gas station not to mention only a few minutes away from Buc-ee’s 😊 I will definitely give this hotel a 4 ⭐️

The room and property were very clean. The room is very spacious, has a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and everything you’d need to cook if you wanted. The fitness center had two treadmills, a bike, step machine and weights/bands. The staff were friendly and the location is convenient. There’s a Walmart marketplace within walking distance. The only downside to the property was the breakfast offered. It was three types of packaged muffins, two varieties of nutri-grain bars, bananas and oranges. There were no diabetic friendly options.

Check in was horrible-waited fifteen minutes for the fifty dollar hold on credit card-there were three people staring at two computers that were clueless about the software they were using. Hotel was perfect though for the money and obviously the people were not trained properly before opening the hotel weeks ago.
