"Our hotel room was not clean. There was a layer of dust on all the counters and furniture. The refrigerator had a foul odor and didn’t keep food cold. We asked for assistance from staff and never heard back. The water in the shower was variable temperature. The first day could hardly get hot water and the second day the water was scalding hot. I chose not to have my daughter take a shower because I was afraid she’d get burned since the temperature kept changing. The elevators didn’t work one day so a staff member had us go down the staff elevator. Overall not a great experience especially for what you pay to stay there. "

"Excellent stay all around. We were here for 5 nights visiting family. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, too expensive. There are lots of places within walking distance with a full breakfast for 1/2 the price. Would definitely stay there again "
