"My friends and I visited the area for Kitesurfing. The Green Room is a short driving distance to most of the best kite spots and very close to Food Lion. We made good use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with basic ingredients and good equipment. Communication with Kevin was great and he even made a business meeting after check out time possible by letting my friend use his office space. We would definitely stay again!"

"Location was great. Beautiful sunrises. Loved watching the dolphins when we could use the deck. Was told the day before check in that the upstairs condo was getting new flooring installed. The dust and vinyl shavings made it impossible to be out on our deck while ongoing. Disappointed - better suited for an overnight stay than long term."
