Nope, no and no thanks

Old hotel with thin walls- can hear everything. The hot water went out for the first part of stay. Had to wait for hotel manager to arrive as staff didn’t know how to handle early check in.

Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub. Very good breakfast. Great place to stay!

Great Service

The grandkids came to swim in the pool, but it had just been filled and was very cold. The desk person sent them to Wyndegate which is also owned by the same owner and let them know we were coming to swim. Service above and beyond. Room was very comfortable.

I’m still gagging! Checked in to my room. It smelled like stale cigarettes. The toilet hadn’t been flushed. I have never seen SO MUCH pubic hair in my life. It was EVERYWHERE. The floors, walls, all over the toilet. I immediately pulled back the sheets- pubic hair all over. When I called the front desk he guessed the room wasn’t clean and that’s why I was calling. They said they’d give me a different room. Went into that room. It was as if a kindergarten class had been in there with juice boxes. The bathroom yet again had not been cleaned - toe nail clippings, pubic hair and poop thumb prints on the toilet lid. When I fled that room all the front desk could say was “shoot, that room wasn’t clean either, so sorry”. I asked for a refund. Left and drive straight to the Holiday Inn Express.

Stuff was very nice. But not happy that the pool and out tub was out of service, due to a broken water line and didn't say anything about it on the site before booking. Plus there was black water coming out of the sink.
