Perfect hotel and accommodations. I had my bike with me for a Saturday morning ride (Pedaling the Prairie). At check-in staff was able to put me in a ground floor room. Plenty of fast food options nearby. Will definitely stay here next time I need a Hempstead hotel.

We paid for 3 days and the prrson in that office denied service

Room had a strong smell of must, and there were spiders in the bathroom.

The walkup check-in window is out-doors---not good when checking in at night--especially for women. Need walk-in lobby to check in/register. The room was clean. However the bed was extremely hard and lumpy feeling the springs. Pillows were flat flat flat. Constantly heard walking from second floor and thumping noise from ceiling and walls. Other than the bed and constant noise (thin walls/ceiling), I'll book again but will bring my personal head and body pillows for sleeping plus earplugs. Staff very pleasant and efficient with check-in and check-out.

Yes for the price

I had read some reviews saying there were bugs so I truly looked for them. None found. Room was mostly clean. Staff was kind. Price was great. Bed was ok. Walls are thin. Overall not bad. Be prepared for the weather at check-in you are outside.

The pillows were flat, the bed worn out. Very noisy at night no sleep. Plumbing loud.

My room had insects- cockroaches, beetles, and spiders behind doors and furniture. There was also a dried up piece of fruit near the tv when I walked in. Couldn’t tell if it was a plum or a shriveled olive.
