HHI Topsail has undergone an extensive makeover including an upscale living room total renovation with new furnishings; and sports all brand new luxury linens, kitchen servingware, small appliances and refrigerator. There is a queen bed in the private bedroom, and separate shipmate bunks. It is great for a couple but will accommodate a small family.

We love coming to this property - Diane is always so wonderful to work with! It's a beautiful property, always so clean, and has all the amenities of home. The beach access is perfect and the view from the balcony is beautiful and so relaxing!

Everything we needed. Check-in was easy the Hostess and checkin staff was super friendly. Easy and close access to the beach and pool. Condo was clean, kitchen stocked. Shelter Cove near by from additional dinning off resort and grocery. Enjoyed my view from the balcony every morning with coffee! Will be back next year.

Family Beach Stay

Perfect spot for family beach vacation. Condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Beach, pool, tennis courts and restaurants are great amenities within the resort. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

I had high hopes but unfortunately this place just fell short. There was no soap in the bathroom, no sheets on the pull out couch. The floor was filthy. Didn't matter how often I showered my kids, their feet were black. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, but this place was just dirty. Location, however, was incredibly convenient!

Perfect location! My family consisted of 2 adults and 1 (8YR old) and 1 (7YR old). While there were bunk beds the kids opted to sleep on the pull out sofa. We stayed for nights and had all the beach necessities within the condo. Wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. I would recommend black out curtains just to keep the sunlight to a minimum and the condo cool. But WOW the view was incredible! We will definitely be back!

Another great HHIB&T condo

This condo is all that is written and more! Great remodel with many special touches. My granddaughters spent a couple nights with us so the bunks came in handy and they loved the soft blankets and fluffy pillows. Our bed was comfortable too. Nicely stocked kitchen with all you need. And loved the ice maker! Plenty of beach chairs and new boogie boards, nice beach umbrella. The hallway storage was handy for my husbands beach fishing cart. The tip to use the provided wagon for groceries was smart. Nice towels and like the extra storage in the bathroom. We drove down but if you fly this condo is perfect because everything that’s hard to pack is provided. Be aware there is an elevator but it is at the other end of the building. We used the steps most of the time and it’s really only 2 flights because there is a short set to enter the building. Owner very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!

Great location

Property was nice & easy to check in. Great location & view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the sliding screen door was not functioning (off track & non working) so it was a disappointment not to take advantage of the beautiful weather while in the condo. I did let our host know & was told it would be addressed. We still enjoyed the access to the beach .

Get away trip to the coast

The unit was as advertised. A good view of the beach and easy access. Did not know the RBC Heritage golf tournament was on when I booked so traffic on the island was heavy which made getting around more difficult. Other than that it is a good time of year to visit. I would recommend, but know what activities are going on.

Nice condo,but, infested with roaches

The condom was nice, but, it was infested with roaches. We killed numerous roaches every single day we were there. They were in every single room of the condo
