This two-story townhouse has been beautifully updated and is located within the gated community of Shipyard Resort, perfect for both beach and golf enthusiasts. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this townhouse is ideal for families and groups of friends.

The first floor features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. A half bath and laundry room are located just beyond the living area. The open-concept kitchen with a center island, breakfast bar, dining area and family room with another flat screen TV are also on this floor. You'll find two private decks on this level, both overlooking the pool, and providing comfortable seating to relax and chat with family and friends.

On the second floor are three generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes a king size bed, 32" flat screen TV, additional seating, and an en suite bath with double sinks, granite countertops, and a glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, 26" flat screen TV, and en suite bath with granite countertops and a glass walk-in shower. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds, a 22" flat screen TV, and a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Beachwalk Villas is just a few steps away from the Shipyard Beach House, which has restrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off sand and salt after a day at the beach.

Family Trip

Property was in a great location in shipyard. Convenient to pool and path to the beach. Unit was clean for the most part. Back porch needed cleaning and upkeep. In all, a nice stay.

Excellent Location!

We had a great stay at 153 Beachwalk. The condo itself was clean and spacious for our group of 7. The kitchen was very well stocked and we never ran out of dishes or silverware. The AC worked great as well as the washer/dryer. The two decks were lovely for having meals outside. The best part of this condo by far is its location. It was right next to the bike path and the community pool
 perfect for families with young kids especially if one has to nap.. you feel like you can still be close to the action and watch from afar. We hope to book our spring break at this condo again for next year!

Place Awesome however Construction Nearby

This is the second time we have stayed here. It has great space and is very close to the beach. However, on this visit we had considerable construction noise. The banging and sawing begins at 7 nor 7:30 every week day and continues all day. The 4 units next door were burned down and are being reconstructed. This unit happens to be right in the middle of the construction. Otherwise, we love the place!

Overall this Beachwalk property was what we had hoped for - close to the pool and 1/4 mile walk to the beach. The property management was understanding of the construction happening next door, communicated with us about it, and were accommodating. We will stay here again.

Fantastic condo

We enjoyed our second year at this property and will return again. One of the best stocked kitchens I've ever enjoyed staying in for vacation - has everything you need. Condo is well appointed, very clean, and with generous space for Shipyard. Beach is easily accessible by the walkway out the back, and the pool is right out the back door (open at least through October). Only thing to note is that a new condo is being built adjoining this one, which made for some loud construction noise during daytime hours. It looks like the construction phase is nearing a close though, so this is likely a very short-term thing.

The space was lovely and as described. Well appointed kitchen and responsive to our suggestions, i.e. fridge will soon need a new seal. Overall great stay and perfect location. 7 min walk from beach.

Unit is conveniently located next to bike path, 5 min bike ride or 10 min walk to beach. Center on island is also quite convenient. Owners were very good and fair with us. It suited our family very well.

153 beachwalk

Overall the week of vacation was wonderful! The condo was clean, and had a kitchen with everything in it. We cooked almost everyday. Very close to the pool and a short walk (5-10 minutes) depending on what your hauling, to the beach. The only downside was the construction at the building. They are building a new condo next door to this condo. 7:30am wake up call with hammers, saws, and whistling workers wasn’t ideal for our vacation. Other then the construction we would stay at this condo again. Book it soon!

Nice condo but construction next door

A new condo is being built next door and due to construction were unable to park in front of condo, use the 2nd balcony, and there is barely enough room to walk by the fence to the front door which is annoying when carrying luggage or items to the beach. They started working at 7am which was very disruptive. We called Hilton Head Rentals to discuss the issues with construction but they were unapologetic. We were unable to access trash cans outside throughout the week and had to ask the workers to move fencing so we could empty the trash. The construction was an inconvenience and it would have been nice to know what to expect ahead of time but overall we still made the best of it an enjoyed staying at this condo. The unit itself is very nice and a good location. We would consider staying here again once the construction is done however the unit is listed as no pets allowed and there was dog hair all over the rugs so if you are allergic that might be an issue. Otherwise the unit was clean and updated.

Great location, amazing kitchen, extremely clean!

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time at this property. It is a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, and is adjacent to nice bike paths. Golfing is close by also. We enjoyed the updated kitchen with nice appliances as we ate in during our stay. We especially enjoyed the two living spaces and two nice outdoor decks.

Awesome property, very close to the beach!

Great space for a family (two living areas). Very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend! Some properties came with bikes, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. That would be my only suggestion.

Great condo close to the beach

Condo was fantastic. Unit is temporarily end unit (inactive construction site next door) but inside very nicely furnished and clean. One of the best stocked kitchens I've had on vacation and grill & outdoor shower out back. Pool is adjacent out back door and open most of the year, with few people there in the off season. Path out the back door is 0.25 mile to Shipyard beach access. Beach gear not provided but we rented from LowSea Bike, Beach & Baby Rental with free delivery & great rates. Thanks for having us - plan to be back next year!

Great getaway!

This is a beautiful property and super clean. The check in process was extremely easy, and being close to the pool and the path to the beach was perfect. We rented some bikes and that made the beach trek even quicker. We had a hiccup during our stay, but the rental company was quick to resolve it and even refunded us some of our fees, for the inconveniences. This villa is stocked with everything you will need, the washer and dryer work perfectly so easy to keep those towels clean! Beds were very comfy, and lots of space to spread out and relax!! Would totally rent from this group again and this place!!!

Excellent Trip

Excellent location and proximity to the beach - 5-10 minute walk. House was clean and inside was updated and comfortable. Outside of house was weathered and being repaired, but the cleanliness and remodeled inside more than made up for the exterior. Pool and facilities were great.

Awesome Beach Condo

Shipyard is very nice and clean and safe as guardhouses verify all guests. This condo is updated, all mattresses very nice, A/C nice and cool. Located right beside pool and short walk to very nice beach. This 3 BR we used as a 4 BR as had (2) separate dens with sleep sofa in one of dens. It was teenagers favorite BR as had biggest flat screen TV, All BR's had TV's. We recommend and would stay here again.
