2213 Villamare - 2 bedroom Oceanside, Corner Unit

This lovely ocean side villa is located in building two with beautiful views of the onsite lagoons and fountain, outdoor and indoor pools and a limited ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. The guest bedroom has its own balcony with beautiful landscape views of the lagoon and fountain. There is access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The large, open floor plan has a living room, dining room and fully updated kitchen. The unit features all new plank style flooring throughout. Beautiful tile can be found in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms.

With coastal, stream-lined colors and décor, the living area features a 55" Smart TV, Blu Ray player, plenty of comfortable seating and a sliding door to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, front loading washer and dryer and an adjacent dining table that seats 6.

The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, 55" Smart TV, private balcony access and newly renovated bathroom with double sinks and quartz countertops and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located off the main foyer area and also has two queen beds, and a 40" Smart TV, a newly renovated bathroom and a balcony with landscape views.

This villa is perfect for families or a weekend getaway for two couples. Remember the unit includes 2 free hours of tennis or pickleball at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center.

The only downside was the renovation noise being done on other buildings, which made it difficult to enjoy the balcony. The condo was great. Everything was comfortable and clean, great walkable and bikeable area, and clean beach and pool. Would definitely rent here again.

Marvelous Escape

The property is everything it states it is and more! The condo is impeccably clean and the coastal decor is inviting. The property management is terrific, the amenities are plentiful and the pool areas are spacious and beautiful. Can’t wait to come back, wish I didn’t have to leave!

Very nice place

The property was very nice. Super clean and well stocked. The only problem we has was with the TVs. Although instructions were left on how to work them we were not successful because we do not have streaming services. We finally got one on, we wanted local stations because a hurricane was coming, so we just had to leave it on, on mute our entire stay

Great Place

The place was very nice and decorated so cute! The only comment is more blankets. We have 3 kids and 2 adults- with the pull out couch we did not have bedding and there was 2 blankets in the closet but we still could have used more as each kid wanted more blankets when sleeping. Also, we were there for 4 days with 5 people, we needed more trash bags, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel....so little things when people are there longer. I also like places that have zip lock bags and condiments available- just a thought. Overall we loved the place.

Great family trip!

We are regular visitors to HHI and have stayed at Villamare several times. The properties there are always clean and well-maintained, and this one was no exception. We fit in six adults and two children, and no one killed one another. The property management company provided beach towels which was a nice touch we had not experienced in previous units. We made some minor requests over a holiday weekend and received prompt attention. Thanks for the hard work making an extended family post-covid reunion special.

Nice Vacation

The property itself was great. It was nice, clean, and a perfect location. Just a few issues with the management company. They wanted to make some renovations to the microwave cabinet during our stay letting us know an hour before arrival. Check out was also unprofessional. They lock you out at 9 am, even though checkout is 10 am. The cleaning staff waits at your door at 9 am even though check out is 10 am. Overall though, its a very nice rental.

Excellent Location! Very clean!

Our stay at Villamare 2213 was great. The location is awesome with a couple minutes walk to the pool and then out onto the beach. It made my several trips up to the room to grab things and feed the baby super easy. The stretch of beach was beautiful. It was busy but not nearly as crowded as the public beach. The condo was very clean and well appointed. I did have to hide some breakables from my 4 year old just in case! The two balconies were nice. The bathroom in the master is huge! Very nice space overall with everything you need to cook or hang out. My only recommendations would be to have streaming (Netflix, etc) in the living room and to add an interior lock to the front door up high so kids can’t go out the front door when locked. Overall, excellent stay and we would return!

This unit is even bigger than it looks! Everything was clean and worked well. Location is great with view of pond to watch turtles in and a short walk to the pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful, well-maintained condo

My only issue was that I had no television service the first night there and I couldn't find the code for the gate to the beach printed anywhere. I called for each issue but reached the after hours service and they didn't have any information. So, went without tv a night and waited on someone else going to the beach to assist me in opening the gate.

We visit Hilton Head regularly , usually renting in the Palmetto Dunes area. This property sits back a little further from the beach, but has a nice walk through the ponds and gardens to the pool. Nice access to the fitness center and parking. The master suite has a lot of drawer storage space . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful and right on the beach!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The condo was spacious (much bigger than we expected), updated and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed besides our food. The washer and drier were newer models and worked great! The pool was very nice and we were able to get from the condo to our beach chairs in 5 minutes! We will definitely be back and hope to stay at this exact condo again!
