The large, open floor plan has a living room, dining room and fully updated kitchen. The unit features all new plank style flooring throughout. Beautiful tile can be found in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms.

With coastal, stream-lined colors and décor, the living area features a 55" Smart TV, Blu Ray player, plenty of comfortable seating and a sliding door to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, front loading washer and dryer and an adjacent dining table that seats 6.

The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, 55" Smart TV, private balcony access and newly renovated bathroom with double sinks and quartz countertops and a walk-in shower. Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
• The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
• Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.
