2412 Villamare in Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bath updated villa that offers a view of the ocean, pool, and ponds in the very popular Villamare oceanfront resort. Upon entering this beautiful villa, you will step onto a shiny tile floor that leads you into the gleaming updated kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets, and a brand-new refrigerator with ice maker. Behind the cabinet doors is the washer and dryer. Enjoy a family meal on the new dark, rich wood 68-inch dining table with four ocean blue chairs and two soft sandy colored chairs. This table comfortably seats six.

The open kitchen leads right into a very modern living area with new sleeper sofa and matching love seat in a rich buttery brown. Great new end tables, coffee table, TV console with a 55-inch Roku TV, and a new entry table as well, all matching in style and design but each different from the other. New drapes on the window and the slider are not only modern and lovely but add privacy. Outside on the covered balcony is a round table for four.

From the parrot paintings on the wall to the large potted palms and the beach décor, you get the happy feeling of “I am on vacation”.

The master bedroom has been beautifully decorated with all new furnishings which include a king plantation bed and matching black chest and mirror and end tables. The two elegant, framed parrot pictures over the bed and bird of paradise bedspread give this room a very sophisticated tropical feel. Sitting on a wicker table is a computer and a mounted 50" Roku TV. The master bath is equally upscale as here you will find black granite counter tops, a his and her sink and black built-in cabinets with striking lighting over both sinks and a step-in shower.

The guest bedroom is also very striking and impressive. You will find two very red and orange stripped, bold, queen beds and red matted pictures over each. Once again, the potted palm and tropical colors reinforce that wonderful vacation feeling. A white Nantucket armoire contains a 42” TV. This bedroom has its own access to a private balcony with two chairs and its own newly renovated bath with combination shower/tub.

This villa has new wood laminate flooring in both bedrooms that looks beautiful. As a bonus, a new Hepa/Ultraviolet air filtration system has been recently added to give you the special comfort of knowing you will breathe well.

Complex amenities include a large oceanfront pool with hot tub, children's pool, charcoal grilling area, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center, an abundance of Adirondack chairs on a reading deck, and covered parking with elevators. Villamare is the perfect place to spend your vacation.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}
