2nd Row Ocean Home w/ a Private Pool & Spa - Steps to Beach - Sea Pines Home!

14 Grey Widgeon is the perfect vacation rental home that can sleep up to 24 guests! This six bedroom, seven bathroom home is located 2nd row ocean, just steps away from the beach! The beach path is conveniently located next to the home making it a very easy walk to the beach.

This home features a large, saltwater pool, 8' spa, enclosed outdoor shower and more! The beautiful outdoor entertaining area has lots of seating + outdoor dining tables. There is a covered outdoor grilling area.

1st Floor:

The kitchen is located on the main floor. There is bar top seating plus a table for six. A flat screen TV is mounted to the wall. Just off the kitchen you have a newly constructed bathroom with a walk-in shower. The private laundry room with a washer & dryer is nearby.

Both dining room areas are off the kitchen. The first dining room area has seating for six, a small sofa and flat screen TV. The second is newly built and has a table big enough for sixteen people. This dining room is just off the pool area and has a flat screen TV. A second refrigerator, double sink, and standalone icemaker are in this dining room area.

The living room has a flat screen TV plus an oversized sectional sofa.

One of the master suites is on the 1st floor with a king bed and flat screen TV. The bath has double vanity and a newly renovated walk-in shower.

Mid-Level:

The second bedroom has a king bed and a full bunk bed plus a flat screen TV. The private bath has a walk-in shower.

2nd Floor:

The second master suite is newly built and has a king bed with a full bunk bed. There is a flat screen TV mounted to the wall plus a sitting area. The private bath has a walk-in shower. This master suite has a small porch facing the front of the home. Plus you have access to the newly built second floor patio overlooking the pool. There is direct access from this second floor patio to the pool deck via a spiral staircase.

The next bedroom has four twin beds and a flat screen TV. The private bath has a walk-in shower. It also has access to the newly built porch.

The fifth bedroom has a king bed & a twin bunk bed. The final bedroom has a king bed and a twin bunk bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and private bathrooms with walk-in showers.

• Private Saltwater Pool and Spa: The pool is approximately 30'x15' with a depth range of 3.5'-8'. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

We had an amazing stay at this home. So much space, amazing pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. So close to the beach. It was wonderful.

Great space/location and pool!

Loved our stay, and that the beach access was short and right next to the house. The house layout is great for a large group/family, and the house was well equipped with beach chairs, kitchen supplies and came with a generous amount of beach towels! Our only complaint was that one the king room over the garage needs a separate AC unit, the room got up to 90 during the day. Otherwise, great house!

Large Family vacation

This house was great for our extended family of 19. Plenty of space to spread out, and to be together. Pool was large for Sea Pines and had a deeper end which the kids especially loved. Location can’t be beat, one house away from beach and right on the path. Also excellent a/c which we haven’t always had in our rentals. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. We would love to rent this house again!

Our family is 17 and this house accommodated us easily. The public spaces are big and well appointed. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers were so helpful. They have all kinds of kitchen appliances. This house seemed to have been lived in, not furnished by an investor. The pool and the hot tub are big and inviting. Seating is never a problem. The beach is only steps away. The showers to wash off the sand on your return are thoughtful.Everything was clean and well maintained. Some homes work so hard to be "upscale" that no one feels comfortable. This house found the zone of very nice but not uncomfortably so. We had one maintenance problem while we were there and the repair was quick and friendly.

As our family is growing a bit, we enjoyed the extra common areas this house had along with the large outdoor space that we utilized more compared to some other places we have stayed in the past. We easily and comfortably slept our family of 15, including 8 adults and teenagers/kids of various ages. The extra fridge/kitchen area was also an added bonus and fully utilized. The beach was essentially right out the back door. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

However, that is exactly what happened with our recent stay in Hilton Head. The home was close to the beach than expected. The home had more room than we thought it would have and they had more "beach toys" than they advertised, which our grandkids absolutely loved! Everything was in perfect working order and they has an abundance of sleeping options for our young ones. Over all this was a wonderful vacation that our family would like to repeat sometime in the near future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. The staff was quick to respond for calls, both during and after office hours. We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was resolved very fairly and professionally.

Reviewer Comments: This home was near perfect for our large family. the house is set up for families with bunk beds in nearly every bedroom. just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The home worked so well for us that we reserved it again for next year.

Wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a week recently with fourteen family members including six grandchildren age four and under. The house was extremely clean and well maintained . The floor plan allowed plenty of room for napping kids to be separated, and large areas where we could all eat or hangout together. It was the perfect location , very close to the beach( which was never crowded). The pool and hot tub were also great .

Huge swimming pool for water play.
