3BR/2.5BA End Unit Villa, 3 Patios, Close to Beach

This beautiful beach oriented villa has undergone a complete interior renovation. New floors and gorgeous new bathrooms you have to see to believe. Just a 5-6 minute walk to the most beautiful beach on the east coast, this villa's beach access has all the facilities you need to spend the whole day basking in the sun. The large shaded shared swimming pool is just a few steps from the front door and has restrooms, with adjacent picnic area for the family to enjoy. 'Adventure Cove', a wholesome children's entertainment area, is located a very short walk away.
There are also good restaurants within easy walking distance. The villa is located mid island at mile marker 6, so that nothing on Hilton Head Island is more than just a few minutes away. It's perfect for two families or a family bringing along the grandparents for a fun family vacation. A great 3 bedroom vacation home at a reasonable price.
Weekly rentals are from Sat - Sat. Check-in time is 4PM and Check-out time is 10AM. There needs to be e-mailed cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

Clean, Safe Space

This is our second stay at this exact space. We were there a couple of years ago and enjoyed the access to the beach and the amenities and chose to stay there again. Very clean, quiet nice neighborhood.

We loved it!

This location was great for our family of 5. Short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There are beach chairs, towels and a cart to take your items to the beach - it was perfect! We had a great time.

This condo was the perfect stay for Hilton Head... it was super clean, the Manager was responsive, and it was walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended for anyone going to HHI!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The home was perfect for our family—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for meals in, and they had beach gear ready to go, which made our daily walks to the beach (just five minutes away!) super easy.Although it’s located in a popular area, the neighborhood had a relaxed, local vibe. We felt tucked away from the touristy bustle while still being close to everything. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful beach vacation without sacrificing convenience!

Condo close to the beach!

This condo has been gorgeously decorated with beautiful hardwood floors and comfortable beds. We loved how close it was to the beach to the beach and enjoyed staying here as a family. Thank you so much for having twin beds so the kids didn't fight about who kicked who in the night!

Comfortable and Clean

We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) and this property was a great fit for us. We loved the fact that the beach was only 3 to 4 blocks away - a very easy walk on the walking trail. Plus beach chairs, toys, towels and umbrellas were provided by the home owner.

Comfortable townhouse, Close to beach

My family really enjoyed our week here. There was plenty of room for us to relax downstairs. The 3 bedrooms upstairs gave everyone their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook and we also enjoyed grilling out on the deck. The complex was quiet and the pool was cool in the shade of trees. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach!

Great Location

Great location being only two blocks away from the beach and plenty of beach parking nearby. It's nicely decorated. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Have many beach stuff and toys available as well, but we didn't use them. Nice to have a TV in every bedroom also. Overall it was clean, but it was dusty in some places (nightstands, lampshades, tops of some furniture). I would rent from them again. Thank you for a great vacation at HHI!

Great property and location!

The property was very clean, and it’s in a great location. It has a large porch compared to the other nearby units, and there many beach chairs, beach carts and beach toys which saved us money on rentals. My only “negative”, was a lack of storage space. A few closets were locked, and there were not many to begin with but this may have been a bigger issue for us with 3 kids. Owner communication was good, he was very responsive.

Clean and convenient

Our second year staying in the property which is clean, organized and convenient walk to the beach while being close to golf courses and restaurants. Door code wasn’t activated when we arrived, but property manager was available on call to take care of right away. Property manager Kevin is great and attentive if anything is needed. The owner communicates through the process and makes you feel welcome. I do recommend bringing some beach gear as access to on site beach gear is ok at best.

Great spto

We enjoyed this apartment a lot. It was very close to the beach, which was perfect for walking or biking back and forth. The kitchen was small, but well-appointed. The beds were a bit on the softer side for me, but still comfortable. The en suit bathroom is tiny, but functional. My only issue with the apartment was that the dining room table was oddly shaped so you couldn't really sit 6 people at even spacing because the legs of the table were in the way - minor, but slightly annoying to have to sit on the corners! Lovely hang out space for the family. We had an issue with the water heater leaking and the manager was there right away to fix it, which was great. He was very responsive and helpful!

The first day started out as a disaster. Nobody had been in to clean. I called Dennis, he took full responsibility, mix ups happen, and he had the cleaners there immediately. We left for an hour and the place was spruced up. It is a nice place. The front patio was great. You have privacy. The pool is perfect. Everything works in the unit. Did not see any Palmetto bugs (roaches) the entire week. Dennis, the owner, responds immediately. It ended up being a nice week in August.
