A perfect family getaway awaits at 4 Pelican.

The home is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, ground-level home with everything you need for the ideal vacation. Upon entering the house, you will find the main living space. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, and views to the dining room and open kitchen. The dining room has a table with space for 6. But do not worry, there is room for everyone when you include the breakfast bar with 3 bar stools and a pub table with 4 more stools.

Just down the hall, you will find the 1st of the guest bedrooms. This room features a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and there is also an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Continuing down the hall there is a second guest bedroom with a queen bed as well as a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The last guest bedroom has a two twin beds and another en-suite bath with tub/shower. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom and bathroom which contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the large back yard.

Just off the kitchen is the large backyard and pool/spa. The backyard has plenty of seating, a grill, and a dining set for a great outdoor meal. The whole family will enjoy the pool and attached spa after a day at the beach! Speaking of the beach, the sand can be in between your toes in less than 5 minutes from the front door of 4 Pelican. Coligny Plaza is just as short a 5-minute bike ride as well!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Each bedroom had its own bath, 2 of the bedrooms being smaller and 2 were quite spacious. The yard is fully fenced in so our pup could safely play and explore. The kitchen was well equipped for a rental and there were plenty of beach towels and chairs. The beach is an easy walk, as is Coligny Plaza. The management company, Beachside Getaway was great to deal with and super helpful! We would definitely rent through them again and would happily return to this property!

Pool was great and so was the spa, once we got the heat situation settled. the house was wonderful with the exception of there not being anywhere to really store non-refrigerator food. Some cabinet/pantry space would be nice. We would stay here again. the fenced in back yard was also nice and the baby really enjoyed the swing! and so close to the beach!

Great place

We loved this house! It was a short, easy walk to the beach. We also walked to Coligny Beach area for ice cream every night. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The house was perfectly laid out so no one was on top of each other. Plenty of space for kids to place and adults to hang out! The management company was the best I’ve worked with! Highly recommend this house.

Best location and awesome house on Hilton Head

We had the best vacation staying at 4 Pelican St. Easy walk to the beach, but on a nice quiet street with a great backyard that was fully fenced in. There are also amenities close by in Coligny Plaza. The house was cute and clean and had everything we needed. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we could easily fit our family.The host company was extremely pleasant and very responsive.We're hoping to stay there again soon!

Annual Family Getaway

The backyard was a total oasis! Our pup and family had a wonderful time. It was so relaxing. We would definitely stay there again if we need a place again. If you like soft beds this is the place for you! My family loved the beds. The owners have done an amazing job with this property.

Beautiful property and family friendly!

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was amazing to have four separate full bathrooms for our family to get ready each day and not have to share. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed in the way of pots, pans, bowls, etc. The pool was great and the property is only a short walk to the beach, as well as really close to all the shops at Coligny Beach. The rental company was responsive and proactive in ensuring our happiness with our stay. Thanks for providing a great home for our trip!

A lot of Shade

We traveled with 2 older dogs and wanted a house with a pool. This was the perfect set up for dogs. A big fenced back yard, hard surface floors, they even had a dog/baby gate to block off an area if you wanted - this was great as our oldest has sight/hearing issues and we could keep him in one area of the home. One item i was not a fan, but my husband loved - was the shaded pool. Im a fan of the sun, and i had to chase the sun when using the pool. My husband who typically lives in the shade when we go to the beach loved every minute in the perfectly shaded pool. The Live Oaks are huge in this yard, creating a lot of shade. We did have a problem fridge, which the host knew about and had a temporary fridge in the home until the brand new fridge arrived during our stay. Thats just something that happens - and it was handled in a professional manner. The property manager gets an A+ for communication on this. The home is older, in great shape, but could use a few updates and fix what ever is causing the mold smell in the hall as well as deep clean the corners, curtains and tops of stationary items in the primary bedroom. There was a lot of old dust webs that require a deep clean. (we all get them in our home, but for some reason they were in abundance during our stay) Would i return to this home - yes Would i recommend it - yes. The location was quiet, the walk to the beach easy. The proximity to the Stores/Restaurants was good. (walkable for some)

Perfect for all

We loved our stay here. We traveled with our 2 adult children and their spouses and 3 fur babies. This home was perfect for all. It was very clean, with comfortable mattresses, a well stocked kitchen, great outdoor furniture, and beach supplies to borrow. We especially loved the privacy of each bedroom with its own bath. We even had a bed/bath combo extra. The pool was perfect under the beautiful trees. We did have to deal with leaves from the trees falling into the pool, but it was definitely worth it for the shade and privacy we had in the backyard. Communication and check-in/out was supportive, well timed, and friendly. I loved the cute paw prints on the welcome mat. Such a fun addition to let us know our furbabies really were welcome. Highly recommended this home for furbabies and large groups.

Convenient Family Beach Fun

Convenient location ideal for family fun. The house was larger than we needed for our family of three but gave everyone plenty of space. Bedrooms each had a private bath and a sense of separation. The living and dining areas offered all the necessary amenities. The private fenced yard offered the option to relax in the pool. The ninth row location provided quick access to the ocean. Only one mile Coligny beach, restaurants, and shoppes. The in home washer and dryer were quite welcome. Excellent communication from the hosts through the entire stay.

Perfect location and home

This home was the perfect getaway for our multi-generational family. The home, in a quiet, peaceful community, is perfectly appointed, clean, and exactly as promised. It's an easy less than five minute walk to the beach, close to Coligny and everything a family could want for a beach vacation. Love it and would stay there again!

Nice Stay

I stayed with my family for a week and had a great time. The dogs enjoyed the yard and we enjoyed the pool area. The house was clean and well appointed. The mattresses were actually excellent and we slept well all week. A short walk or bike to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family of 5 plus a couple guests fit comfortably in the house. Our children range in age 18-25 and they enjoyed all Hilton Head had to offer. Beach was so close, backyard pool for relaxing, golf, Coligny Plaza and a couple late nights too. The house had everything you could possibly need on vacation and was exactly as was listed online. Our dog Roxie also enjoyed her stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Great week in HH

House was just as described. We brought our pup and the backyard was perfect for him. The pool was really nice. It’s hard to keep clean bc of trees, but otherwise awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
