Hilton Head Sea Pines rentals is a great place to spend a relaxing family vacation. 44 Old Military is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the heart of Sea Pines. With the bike path directly behind the property, it is an easy bike ride to Harbour Town or a very short ride to the beach.

The entry of the home has beautiful wood floors that flow into the living room, dining room and master bedroom. To the left is a very spacious, updated eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Off the kitchen you will also find a laundry room with washer and dryer and a pantry. The formal dining room, located between the kitchen and the living room, has a large table that seats 8 and opens up to the screened/all weather porch. There is also a large round table with 4 chairs on the porch, a great place to relax and enjoy an afternoon snack. Around the corner is a very comfortable and inviting living room with a queen sleeper sofa and 50" SMART TV. From the living room guests can access the back deck leading to the pool, hot tub and beautiful, landscaped backyard.

Down the hall is the well-appointed, large master bedroom with a king bed, 32" SMART TV and a private bath with double sinks and a separate shower. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet and French doors that open to the back deck. The second master bedroom also has a king bed, 32" SMART TV and private bath with a standard tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has 1 twin bed,1 twin bunk bed, 32" SMART TV and shares a hall bathroom with a shower.
