Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this nicely updated and newly renovated three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa offers all the amenities you need for a truly hassle-free Hilton Head Island vacation. Located in South Forest Beach—the heart of the island—this two-story, non-smoking villa comfortably sleeps up to six guests and is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. Guests enjoy access to community tennis courts and a pool, complimentary internet, four free adult bicycles provided by South Beach Cycles, and four included beach chairs, eliminating the need to rent or purchase beach gear during your stay.

No expense was spared in updating this villa, and its luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere makes you feel on vacation the moment you step inside. The living room features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and ample seating, complemented by new furnishings and bedding throughout that are both charming and comfortable. The open floor plan places the dining area alongside the living space, offering a large dining table perfect for family meals or evening gatherings after a day at the beach.

The nicely updated kitchen overlooks the living area, allowing you to stay connected with family and friends while preparing meals. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a first-floor hallway closet. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, including a primary bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds, while the third bedroom upstairs features a queen bed. All three bedrooms include attached full bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. Step outside to the screened-in porch to enjoy the island breeze in a relaxed, secluded setting. A nearby path leads directly to South Forest Beach Drive, with the shoreline just two short blocks away. Please note that community pools are open seasonally from April through October.

Lasr minute teip to Hilton Head

The Tree Tops are located covienent to most everything. We enjoyed the bikes to ride to the beach and the beach chairs provided too. The condo is comfortable for 6 as we had. The kitchen had all that we needed to fix meals in when you dont want to go out.

We had a wonderful week. Condo was well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Really appreciated the beach chairs and bikes at our disposal. Can’t beat the location..short ride to the beach that was not as crowded as ColignyCouple of suggestions
# of trash bags/liners and dishwasher pods commensurate with length 3 bags for 8 days for six people doesn’t cut it. 1 hair dryer for 3 bedrooms is an inexpensive fix. Finally, the upstairs bedroom could use more hangers in the closet and a stand alone shelf in the bath between toilet and sink. No counter spaceHonestly, though it really is a lovely condo and we truly enjoyed our stay

Great, location! Everything you need.

We had a great week here! This is a fantastic location, especially since it includes bikes. Short ride to Coligny plaza or numerous restaurants. Two blocks to the beach! Place has wagon, beach chairs, sand toys. The only couple small issues were the main bath’s shower rod kept falling and the shower head sprayed everywhere. The screened in porch is great but we couldn’t figure out how to open it from the living room (it was fine, we entered through the bedroom). The amenities say that there’s a fitness room and there is not. Overall, maybe give more specific directions for where the bikes are, the path to the beach, etc. We had to figure lots of things out on our own which is fine, but tends to waste time when you’re on vacation. We would stay here again, mostly for the location. Thank you!

Nice family condo, great location

Enjoyed the unit and its location. Clean, comfy beds, good game selection for kids. A few minor issues: kitchen could use new pans, a few bathroom repairs were needed, porch floor needed cleaning.

Great place needs updating.

The condo is nice, about 1.5 to 2 blocks from beach. Area is ok, but condo needs some work. Inside it needs a new paint job, better furniture. Outside the complex needs to be cleaned up.

Celebrating daughters college graduation

Wonderful location and great condo! Some of the furniture has been updated since pictures were taken. Very nice!! Only negatives were master mattress probably needs to be replaced (sank in the middle) and yappy small dog late at night somewhere outside the front door but Treetops is a great central location to everything and overall quiet neighborhood feeling. Bikes were a wonderful plus. Would be great to have info on bike trails to beach and surrounding area. We would highly recommend and stay again!

Very clean unit with exceptional back porch. Master bed is not the most comfortable, but this was the only negative. We would stay here again.

good location and spacious condo

I would recommend this place, it's spacious and i thought it was in a good location. we walk around all the time so the walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. with the bikes we were within biking distance from a grocery store, food, beach and some shopping. We did use the washer dryer and it was great to have that available. there were enough towels provided as well. The bike code that was initially provided to us was wrong so we had to call the rental company. of which they were quick to call back even though it was after 5pm. There were no spices at all, not even salt and pepper so we had to buy that ourselves. the bed upstairs that my husband and I stayed in dipped in the middle so it was a little uncomfortable. there was little hot water too, with 4 us in the condo i get it but it was pretty much gone by the time the 2nd person was done showering, and we don't take hot showers. If the above notes I left are small things for you it's definitely a place to stay. Other than the bed thing I mentioned i would revisit but should have read the reviews better to know we needed to at least buy salt and pepper.

we had a great time in Hilton head and the rental was great. the chairs, bikes and wagon provided were perfect. it was a 5 min bike ride to the beach. unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed.

NASTY CONDO

We love HHI with all of our hearts and this is the first bad experience that we've ever had so I hope this review helps the next visitors choose more wisely than we did. My husband and I spent hours cleaning this unit before feeling comfortable. The floors where a mess, dirty dishes, clogged drains, clogged dryer vents, gross bathrooms, nasty fridge, excessively stained furniture, spills on walls, etc. I could go on & on about the condition of this unit. I understand that these units are used by many others & sometimes things are missed. However, in all my years of vacations/travels I have never had to go buy cleaning supplies & do this amount of work before I felt like things where acceptable. I tried contacting the rental company twice and never received a response. Needless to say my family will not return to this unitdue to these conditions. Again, please think twice before renting here.

We were very excited to stay at Treetops based on the website and reviews. To be honest, it was underwhelming. The first thing we noticed when we got in is that it was much smaller than the pictures let on. The living space is cramped. We had 6 people and were not comfortable. Sure there was plenty of bedroom space, but we were never in there. Also, the bathrooms were dirty. There were clumps of disgusting hair that I had to clean up (have a picture if interested). Just set a bad tone walking into a dirty place. The kicker was how unsafe the parking lot is. We had our car keyed, and while I don't blame the rental property for that, there is no lighting by 7304 Treetops. I made the mistake of trusting the community and paid for it, big time. This is probably a fine place for 4 people. Hopefully the cleanliness problem gets addressed. I will not be going back nor recommending. Also, we reached out to the rental company while there and received no response.

Great Vacation!

The unit was nicely furnished and well equipped. Loved the screened in porch (no bugs)! The only downside was that upon arrival I had to sweep the floors myself as there was sand all over the wood floors. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and I would reserve again.
