This project will begin at Admiral's Row Building B, which could impact guests staying in Admiral's Row Building A and Ocean View Building A.

The interior features a "white and bright" aesthetic, anchored by a modern kitchen with high-end quartz countertops, a designer glass-tiled backsplash, and comprehensive stainless steel appliances. For durability and a clean feel, the entire villa is finished with professional-grade tiling.

The layout is meticulously designed for family comfort:

Primary Suite: Features a luxurious king-size bed on the main level and a private ensuite bathroom for total seclusion.

Second Bedroom: Outfitted with two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests.

Living Area: Includes a queen-size pull-out sofa and a smart configuration that accommodates six guests comfortably without sacrificing space.

The Balcony: A standout feature, the double-sized private balcony provides panoramic, calming views of the Atlantic Ocean—perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

Guests of Admiral's Row 320 are granted full access to the comprehensive amenities of the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort:

Exclusive Pool Access: Direct entry to the Admiral’s Row private pool and the island’s largest main resort pool.

Beachfront Entry: Private paths leading directly to the soft white sands of Hilton Head's finest beaches.

Recreation & Sports: Access to professional tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a children’s playground.

On-Site Services: 24-hour gated security, on-site check-in, bike rentals, and building-specific laundry facilities.

Transportation: Steps from the Breeze Trolley stop for convenient island-wide travel.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.



Other Things to Note:

Parking Policy: One (1) complimentary parking pass is provided. Additional passes may be secured for $35 per vehicle.

Safety & Standards: This is a strictly non-smoking property (including the balcony); a $500 restoration fee applies to violations. The minimum rental age is 25.

Community Rules: Please note that e-bikes are prohibited within the community gates.

Supplies: While we provide complete dinnerware and cookware, please bring your own "cooking basics" (oils, seasonings, condiments) and specialized utensils like chopsticks.

Great Stay

We loved the multiple, easy beach access areas. One is steps away from the condo with a short boardwalk followed by a dune path. Three more are close by, two with full boarded ramps all the way to the beach. The resort is expansive and offers two pools, rec activities, 3 restaurants, picnic areas, and daily activities by the pool in the summer. Mini golf and an arcade is within walking distance. The poolside bar was convenient at the larger pool, but we enjoyed ourselves more by the closer pool at Admirals Row for a quiet and shady spot to relax. The condo was super clean and updated inside. The staff at the resort was visible and active each day to keep it clean and safe. The larger pool and beach can get super crowded at peak times in summer, but all the guests inside Admirals Row were quiet and friendly. We rarely even passed other guests on our way through the stairs, elevator, or hall.
