This is a wonderful Retreat! Awesome views of the ocean! Open bedroom concept with King size bed! Very open and bright and CLEAN!! Updated condo with tile floors, remodeled bathroom, crown molding, newer furniture, comes with 2 beach chairs, patio set and 2 bikes! Wonderful balcony! Fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room. Close to Coligny's restaurants and dining as well the bikes paths. Walking distance to Celebration Park that has alot of activities. This condo is a 1 minute walk to the beach! This is a true gem and a wonderful place for couples to relax!

The location and views were great however, I would not have considered this very updated so we were disappointed overall. The pictures were much better than the reality. It is very small and the king bed is just too much for the space. The sofa cushions were worn down too much and not comfortable to sit on. The deck table had alot of rust and the appliances are very old. Another surprise was that there weren't at least a couple of coffee pods and a little bottle of shampoo, we have not experienced this in other locations and did ask the manager about this thinking maybe the cleaning crew forgot it, we were told it was not a hotel and basically you get what you pay for. I realize some people may be okay with the condo however we only booked this based on the description and pictures and wanted to share our experience.

The beach access from this condo is great, as well as access to shops and restaurants. The condo itself could use some updating. We were there to mostly enjoy the beach, so it worked fine for a couple of days.

Ocean view & beach location was great. The property itself is old & in need of maintenance. The couch in the living area was terribly uncomfortable. The dishwasher, tiny range & microwave also need updating. The king size bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated the detailed directions & instructions.

Very nice condo on the beach

This condo was very clean and had everything 2 people needed for a week at the beach ! Can’t get any closer to the beach! We did have a significant “check in” issue with the wrong codes/internet password emailed to us through vrbo. The owner picked up my phone calls and all was corrected.
