Welcome to Pink Sand Hideaway!

Our newly completed home (Dec 2022) is a beautiful, contemporary 1800 sq ft, two story townhouse. Walking in will make you feel simultaneously on vacation and right at home. Absolutely everything in the home is brand new from the furniture to the hangers in the closets. The first floor is an open concept floor plan.

The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and white quartz countertops. Everything you need to cook a great meal is provided for you.

The dining room table seats 6, or can be easily expanded for larger groups, which will allow for entertaining or a comfortable family meal.

Unwind in the living room on our comfortable, oversized, sectional sofa in front of the color-changing electric fireplace. A 50” TV with Roku connected is mounted above the fireplace for your digital entertainment needs.

For those who may have to conduct business during their stay, an office with a desk, monitor and rolling chair are provided. In addition, trundle day bed with 2 singles in the room is perfect for reading or playing one of the many board games or puzzles that are available.

The generously sized primary bedroom has a brand-new King bed, 50” Roku TV, electric fireplace, large walk-in closet with plenty of storage, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Secondary bedrooms both have memory foam Queen sized beds, dressers, and Roku TVs. Just a couple steps away is the bright & cheery bathroom with dual sinks, and a shower/tub combo.

Whirlpool washer & dryer set is conveniently located on the second floor. Laundry detergent, ironing board/iron, and beach towels are provided.

After a day of fun and sun, take a break in our screened in porch and enjoy a cold beverage and the sunset.

A bike and walking trail that winds around the island is located right at the end of the street. Perfect for exercising, a casual stroll, or getting around town.

You’ll have no neighbors directly in front of you distracting the stay, just beautiful mature trees. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, & peaceful.

Very nice place

This home was exactly as it shows in the pictures and says on VRBO. Extremely clean and beautiful. Nice size and the beds were comfortable. My only thing I would say is if you have any member that is staying with you in this home that has allergies or asthma, you might want to ask the owner to unplug the air fresheners before you arrive as they are VERY OVERWHELMING and they have quite a few through out the house. It was a nice smell, but it is so much that it hits you in the face when you walk in the door. With my daughter and I having asthma, it was hard for us to breathe. We unplugged them and opened windows for a while. Then plugged them back in when we were leaving. Other than that, the place was awesome! Would stay again, but would ask ahead of time for air fresheners to be removed. Love the place and the owners were lovely to work with💜.
