Professionally designed and decorated, this villa looks like it came out of a magazine!

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six. The living room continues the wonderful beach-contemporary theme presented throughout this large villa. The living room has a sectional sofa, side chair and a large Smart TV. As part of the living area, there is a half bath for guests to use.

Completing the first floor is the primary bedroom with its king bed, Smart TV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom looks fantastic with its custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Heading upstairs there is a landing with a daybed and wall-mounted Smart TV. The first guest bedroom features a king bed along with a set of twin bunk beds, Smart TV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a custom-tiled tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, Smart TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This second guest bathroom also features a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside you'll enjoy your own private deck with an outdoor dining table along with your own propane grill. Enjoy sweeping views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, a championship golf course!

The beach can be easily accessed by a short walk or by calling the seasonal, on-call Palmetto Dunes Buggy. The Robert Trent Jones clubhouse, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, Alexander's Restaurant, General Store and Big Jim's Restaurant are all walking distance as well!

The condo was beautiful. The location was perfect! We we’re within walking distance to the ocean, a restaurant, the pool, and the general store. We had to contact the host and she responded right away. Will be visiting again for sure!

This was the 2nd time using this condo. Great location, very clean and great accommodations. Carrie was so easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The host was great, we needed to check a few things with her, and she responded quickly and fixed the minor problem. It is a lovely home, perfectly located between the golf course and the beach. We would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO. Three bedrooms and 3 baths served us well. Easy walking access to pool and beach.The restaurants general store were very good. security was excellent in the area as well. Parking was easy in front of unit.Property looked out on golf course tee box. There are plenty of restaurants to drive to outside of Palmetto Dunes too. We will consider renting this unit again!

Perfect stay- my only complaint is that not a single parking pass came with the stay. I’ve stayed behind the gates so many times and while we’ve had to buy extra passes if we wanted them they always came with at least one pass. The unit is beautiful and clean and we would def stay again!

Wonderful property! Carrie was wonderful to work with and very communicative. The property was exactly as listed and the perfect location! Quick walk to the beach, the pickleball courts, and clubhouse. We had a great time relaxing on the back deck and watching the birds in the morning and golfers in the afternoon! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our girls trip! Couldn’t have asked fo a better experience and we will definitely be back!

The property was very clean and stocked well. The bed were comfortable. Everything you needed were available. The parking was perfect right in front. I would definitely stay here again.
