Chic 2BR Direct Oceanfront Condo 409 Shorewood Villas

409 Shorewood is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 4th floor villa, offering spectacular direct oceanfront views. You can watch the sunrise from your balcony, which is shared between the living room and the master bedroom. Beautifully decorated, the living room offers a queen sized sleeper sofa, and a 52 inch flat panel TV with HDTV featuring Blu-Ray DVD. There are new wood and tile floors throughout. The kitchen has updated cabinets, counter tops, Kuerig and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen, loaded with the essentials, also has amazing views of the ocean. It is no surprise to spot a pod of dolphins from the villa window!

The master bedroom offers a king bed with a private bath with a walk-in shower w/grab bars. There is a wall-mounted 32 inch flat panel TV with HDTV and Blu-Ray DVD. Guests have access to a sliding glass door leading to the balcony with an unobstructed view of the ocean and beach.

The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds with a 27 inch flat panel TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom with a combination bathtub/shower also with grab bars.

Towels, linens, and bath soap/shampoo are provided. There is no smoking in the unit. Pets are not permitted. Please note - no items may be hung from or attached to the balcony railings at anytime.

The Shorewood Complex is located in the highly desirable Forest Beach area and is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which offers dozens of shops and restaurants. There is a large oceanfront swimming pool with zero-entry and a water feature for kids to play. Other amenities include a children’s pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a private beach walk.

The place is beautiful with breath taking views!! Even when it’s cold!! lol We had temps in the 30’s at night and 50’s in the day! The Heater works wonderful too!! Host was so wonderful, and very quick to respond to me. I had questions with the place before we booked. We have certain needs with handicap FIL. Parking easy and right in front of unit. Wheelchair ramp in front as well to the Elevators. Inside the condo it had Plenty of room for my father n law to get around in his walker or wheel chair. Our only snag was in the bathroom area but already knew by the pics it might be a challenge. Dad’s walker didn’t fit straight in, so He did have to side step in with his walker. Not a big deal. Nice high toilets, I know tmi for some but if you need them it is very helpful to know. The shower was a little difficult for us to shower Dad as the space was tight and shower right behind the door, but we made it work. Still giving 5 stars as we loved it !! As far as my husband and I, we enjoyed the place so much!! Our bed was so comfy!! And the balcony was so very nice, even in the cold!! Very close to all the shops and restaurants!! We would stay there again!!

Check in was easy. The unit was very spacious and welcoming with a big picture window in the livingroom. The deck was accessible from both the livingroom and bedroom, making for a wonderful view of the ocean. The unit was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed it!

Yearly trip to HHI

First time staying at this property & won't be the last. Absolutely loved the convenient location. The condo is exactly as described & photographed. The views are stunning. Quick responses to any questions. Bike rentals are everywhere but used one directly across the street from the condos very easy & convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location

Overall a great place to stay for a family vacation to the beach! From the beginning of booking the property owner had great communication and was very prompt in answering any questions. The property was clean and very convenient to local shopping and to the beach. The view from the condo was spectacular. The condo was stocked with everything needed for our trip. We will definitely consider coming back and staying at this condo.

Amazing time in HH

The view and ocean breeze was absolutely spectacular!! Dolphin every morning and early evening, deer and bunnies on grass below. This property is exactly as photographed. We rode bikes and drove around many areas of HH, this is by far the most convenient location. Will not hesitate to book this property for our next visit!

THE BEST!

We've been visiting HH for the past 30 years, normally renting a home on the beach with other couples in September. This was our first time visiting in February and renting a condo. Could not have been more pleased! The view was fantastic, the condo exceeded our expectations and the owners and their representative,Nicole,were wonderful. We're going back next Feb! I would encourage anyone who wants a great experience visiting HH to consider this rental--you WON'T be disappointed!

Wonderful condo

We recently stayed for 9 nights and the place was great! Very comfortable and well taken care of. The main bed was comfortable which we've had some really cheap beds at other properties. The only down side was the elevator was down the entire trip for service/replacement which was a pain. We knew this ahead of time though. We will definitely try and rent this unit again!

Perfect stay

My husband and I stayed with our 1 and 3 year olds. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, layout was great with bedrooms separated from the living space. Bonus for our 3 year old was watching bunnies and deer outside the window every day! Bonus for us was watching the full moon rise over the water. We’ve been to Hilton Head before so specifically picked this location coming back with our kids, and it was ideal as expected. We would absolutely stay again.

Repeat Stay

We love the location and floor plan. The pool and spa are top-notch and the grounds are well-kept. The condo was just not as clean as 3 previous stays; stove top, silverware, some glasses, & the floor inside entry required extra cleaning. We did not expect anyone to come and correct this while we were there. However, a couple of issues were reported and resolved the same day they were made known. We have always enjoyed our visits to Hilton Head and anticipate returning.
