Courtside 110 - Large 3 BR Townhouse - Short Walk To Beach

Courtside 110 is a 3 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, one flight above street level. The top floor is a large master suite. Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center and 1.5 blocks from the beach. A special membership is included to Courtside guests, 1 hour of tennis privileges per day. This community has 2 pools on-site to use, and the courtyard features a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in south forest beach, just 1/2 mile from the Coligny circle. Several shops and restaurants are nearby. This is a great location for all island activities. There is a King in the master, queen in the guest bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd.

Great location and facility well maintained. Only complaint is the mattresses in all bedrooms could use an update. Owner very astute in accommodating renters and very organized unit. Allowed guest use of beach chairs and personal items. Very nice unit with master on third floor which was spacious and away from others.

Nice location and great end unit! Lots of stairs to go up.

This was a nice end unit and provided lots of privacy for all of us who stayed. There are lots of stairs to go up and down to get into the unit. The property management told us the keypad lock was tricky to get into but failed to tell us the instructions were inside the envelope they gave us. The garbage pick up comes twice a week but failed to pick up the garbage both times from our unit
.do not know why this happened. The neighbors were very nice and put some of the prior garbage from our receptacle into their receptacle to keep the animals out. The air ducts and vents drastically need cleaned along with the walls, light switch plates etc. It’s a good thing I brought my Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes. We did put a blanket over the couch because it was so dirty looking and stained. It wouldn’t take much to rent a shampooer and clean some of this up. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Great location! Perfect if you rent bikes. Pool area was great. Many steps in home if you sleep in the master bedroom. Black mold in master bathroom near vent.

Great location and overall condo

We stayed here for four nights over Labor Day weekend and it was great to have the pool right in the backyard and a quick walk to the beach. The condo overall has a nice layout and pretty much everything you would need but it is a little dated and there are some things in the house that could be fixed to make it more pleasant.

Nice for Price but would not stay again.

We have been happy with the overall value of the property but I have a BIG concern about safety. We had came back from a day at the beach and were resting, one friend still asleep upstairs. From upstairs we thought we heard something downstairs. To my suprise, the pest inspection man had let himself in. Now, I understand that there has to be maintenance but no one should be able to just let themselves in while someone is renting your property. Call and give the tenants a heads up and allow us to let you in the property. I slept with my bedroom door locked every night simply because I don’t know who all has the authority to just come on in. That’s truly my only advice - give renters a verbal heads up about the specific day they will come and make a rule that no entry besides renter allowing it while being rented. Check in was very easy. Thank you.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We have stayed in the courtside community with our three kids several times now. It is a great location, close to everything and very family friendly. The kids love the pool. This was by far the best unit we have stayed in. Very roomy, light and bright, and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. The beds on the 2nd floor and quality of sheets could be better. The sheets felt like sand paper. The furniture in the living room is very outdated and looks old. The condo needs to be updated and I was hoping for it to be a little bit cleaner overall.

Family vacation

Over all the condo is nice. The upstairs bedroom can get pretty warm, but there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. I felt the property could have been a bit cleaner. The linens and bedding weren’t very nice quality, it was a okay for a last minute getaway. Location was great for the beach, the pool (we only used the one closest to this condo) was okay but the grounds weren’t very well kept.... planting pots piled in the corner and over grown shrubs. It is what you’d expect given the price point.
