DOG FRIENDLY Five Bedroom Sea Pines Home with Private Pool - 2nd Row Ocean

Welcome to 11 Spotted Sandpiper! This five bedroom, four bathroom home can sleep a group of up to 14 guests total. It is located 2nd row oceanside in Sea Pines with peek-a-boo ocean views between some of the homes in front of it. It is a very easy walk to the beach!

This classic Sea Pines beach home is very comfortable and fun. The living room and three bathrooms were recently refreshed in 2026. Built in a courtyard style, this home is very private with a large pool and spa. The first floor has 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is best described as a kid's room with a queen size bed, a pyramid bunk (full size bed under twin size bed) + multiple couches/seating options. This bedroom has a flat screen TV & smaller bathroom with a shower, but is private to the room.

Upstairs, you will enjoy the open concept kitchen, living room & dining area surrounded by walls of windows for peek-a-boo ocean views from either inside or from the wrap-around deck above the pool area. The second floor living area has a flat screen TV. This level of the home has 3 bedrooms plus a flexible sleeping alcove at the end of the bedroom hallway. The third bedroom is the master bedroom at the end of the hallway with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, flat screen TV, and a set of slider doors that open to the wrap-around deck. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and peek-a-boo ocean views from the set of slider doors. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and access to the wrap around deck. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Rounding out the bedding is a twin-size daybed that has been craftily tucked in the second floor hallway alcove - perfect for that extra guest!

The outdoor courtyard area is your private oasis - the pool was redone in 2020 with the addition the spa and plenty of pool deck space. There is a small shaded area under the upstairs deck with seating. The gas grill located on the 2nd floor deck - off the kitchen area. An outdoor shower area is on side of the home for your use as you return from the beach. The home has a series of paver stones that will guide you to the beach walk. The home is located only three streets north of the Sea Pines Beach Club - great place on the beach to grab lunch/dinner.

‱ Pool/Spa Info: The pool is approximately 27x18 feet. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round & the pool can only be heated for stays Labor Day through Memorial Day only - both are for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

‱ Dog Friendly: Two dogs maximum allowed. The pet fee is an additional $250 + tax - let us know in advance if you are bringing your dog.

Family adventure in Sea Pines

The house was perfect. Gorgeous view from the living room and the bedrooms. Very close to a very private beach. Our kids loved the pool. They spent so much time swimming. It was heated to the perfect temperature. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for adults and kids!

Loved the home and its location close to the beach! The bunk room was perfect for our 10-12yr kids and they loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the additional refrigerator downstairs was perfect for drinks. The house was pretty clean; only objection was the floors need a good scrubbing
 the kids’ feet were black on the bottom! Would definitely stay here again 😎

Great Vacation Place

This is a great vacation home. Plenty of space for the family, including our dog. The house is very nice. The dimmable lighting was a great feature as we brought my mother and was able to leave lights on for her without bright lighting. The pool and hot tub was amazing. We were there mid October and the pool and hot tub were very warm and comfortable. It was a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The ocean is visible from the deck between the houses across the street. The WiFi was good, allowing 3 of us to online game together with minimal lag. The grill was a Weber and worked great. We had a rental chair from Vay K Gear break and it was replaced the next morning. We wer very happy with this rental and are talking about renting this house again. Very happy!

This house has a fantastic location. Car passes easy to get as we needed one extra. The location is private, the house was as advertised. Mattresses were very comfortable and dishes supplied plentiful. The pool was the nicest, well heated pool we've had in Hilton Head. It worked exactly as it should no issue.

The property was pretty much as advertised. Great location, pool and whirlpool were fantastic. Property manager communications were excellent. We had a door lock issue that was resolved immediately. Only negative aspect of entire experience was that the couches in the main tv room were totally shot, zero seated support.

Amazing stay! We had 3 generations staying and our dog. When we arrived, the air conditioner was not working properly, but with just 1 call, they came right out and fixed it while we enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again! Location was perfect!

Nice family friendly place. Excellent location, beautiful pool area. Furniture a bit worn but that helped with family friendliness. The rental management company , coastal Homes & Villas, was excellent. Very responsive to couple of minor issues.

Nice stay but not quite 5 star, issue with Coastal Home & Villa

Huge house that was overall clean and spacious. Super location and lovely pool & hot tub. We enjoyed our say. We had an issue with Coastal Home & Villa (the property manager) on day 1. Prior to our stay, someone forgot to plug in the code to enable us to heat the pool/hot tub. When I called the morning after our arrival (Tues 2/22), the woman that answered the phone was EXTREMELY short, dismissive and downright rude. When I nicely tried to explain what I thought was (and I was correct about) the issue, she talked over me and would not listen. Since there is a hefty fee to heat the pool/hot tub, I asked for one day comp in the fee b/c we couldn't use those for the first 24 hours, and she said no. Ultimately, they did send a property manager over who adjusted the code and they did refund us for the first night. I was taken aback by her rude and dismissive conduct. Not cool. A few other things that would make this house 5 star: 1) Current mattresses are pretty worn and uncomfortable 2) There was a regular coffee pot (that we used every day) but no coffee filters. We bought our own and left them there. 3) No hair dryers. I thought that was odd. When I emailed to ask if they had any, some were dropped off. 4) It would be nice if they had a small supply of things for cooking like tin foil, saran wrap, etc. Every other VRBO we've stayed at in other locations has had these. We cook and eat in frequently, so those would have been nice. 5) Also, a small supply of cleaning products would be nice too. We also usually find these things at other rentals. The house had pre-packaged dish and laundry detergent (but no dryer sheets) and a small container of dish soap, but nothing else. They do allow dogs, which is amazing!!, but it would be nice to have something to clean with, to wipe floors when needed, etc. As mentioned, we had a lovely stay but a few small tweaks would make this property 5 star.

Nice place for family gathering.

Work was being done on the road near the property. This made it difficult to ride bikes or walk, we had to go out in the traffic which was dangerous. I also found it strange that we had to buy parking passes for all the cars....it seems like at least 2 would come with the property that sleeps 14 people. It was a nice home. Appreciated the wine that was left for us.

Perfect vacation house for a family or large group

This was our second stay in this house. We loved that we could bring our dogs since it's just steps from the beach. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. There are TV's in most rooms for alone time. The large TV in the family/living area was great for evening movies or video games. The pool is fantastic! Couldn't think of a better place for a family to stay.

Great location within SeaPines - close to everything. Love, love, love that we could bring our dog. Thank you to the owners for this! House was clean and management company was very responsive. We will return!

Great beach house

Really wonderful property in a great location. Property management was very easy to contact and quickly responsive. No shortage of plates or utensils, and good pots/pans. We loved it here and will definitely come back!

Perfect vacation house for a family or large group

Our family loved this house! It's as close to the beach as you can get without being directly on the beach. The pool is a nice size for a large group. The pool deck has lots of room and chairs with shaded and sunny areas. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Highly recommend this vacation rental!
