Our Family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Over those years we have created unforgettable memories such as fishing, dolphin watching, walking /bike riding to many spectacular places. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the awesome beach. We have stayed at the Breakers units on many occasions. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay when vacationing here. What makes the Breaker’s Villas different than others is the close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. A few short steps across the parking area you will find fabulous restaurants and shopping, and a few short steps the other way in the opposite direction you will step into beautiful waters of the Atlantic ocean.

After many years, the opportunity presented itself for our family to purchase one of these oceanfront villas. We could not walk away from the chance to make one of these our own.

Our villa at 236 Breakers is located on the second floor and the view of the ocean is completely Breathtaking. There have been few experiences in our life that compare to our family vacations at this beach!

We invite you and your family to visit and create your own memories. We can facilitate weekly and monthly rentals. (Snowbirds are welcome with great discounts). We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. We offer a 25% discount for monthly rentals. However, only weekly rentals are accepted from the first of March through the end of October. All other rental requests will be considered so don't hesitate to ask.

Words can’t describe how perfect this place was. Nothing better than waking up to beautiful sunrises, hearing the surf and smelling the salty air! The location of this condo is central and accessible to all that plus a shopping area across the street, filled with choices of shops and restaurants for a taste of the island. Great golf courses are nearby, but you will need transportation to get to them. This condo was well-equipped, immaculate , furniture was very comfortable, and the view was incredible! Our host was very helpful before and throughout our stay, and always quick to respond. We highly recommend this place for all the reasons above, and more. It couldn’t have been nicer!

Disappointing experience. As soon as we checked in, we tried going out on the patio. The sliding glass door would barely budge. After extensive pulling, the door opened about 2 feet. We tried to contact owner and Don responded an hour later saying the slider was heavy, because it is a heavy hurricane door, it is hard to move. Having owned places with hurricane sliding doors, we knew this to be untrue and suggested he get the rollers serviced. He said he could not get anyone there to address the door rollers until the next week, after we checked out. We tried sitting on the living room furniture after dinner. The couch and love seat were very uncomfortable, as the cushions appear to be worn out, and sink down. The rockers on the patio are nice, but your view of the ocean is obscured by the top railing bar. The bedroom is a small, odd nook on the side when you enter the unit. There is a king bed, but the mattress is very uncomfortable, you can feel every move your partner makes and it is noisy. Upon going to wash towels, found washing machine had standing water in it, with lots of sand in it, and was inoperable. Without being able to do wash, Don texted he would have his cleaner drop off extra towels, this did not happen. The most disappointing thing was the lack of response that we received from Don. His response to our pointing out issues was, “This has never happened before”, and “Sorry, I can’t get anyone to address this until next week”. We would not book this unit again.

The location was perfect with proximity to beach, pool, shops & restaurants. Communication with property owners was great too. The condo was smaller than we expected especially the bedroom. The bath mat was dirty when we arrived & there was a towel on bathroom door that I think had been used. Water dripped from the overhead furnace filter in hall & the filter was visibly dirty. The door to the deck was very difficult to open & close. The deck rockers were very comfortable but something taller would make it easier to see over the railing & see the ocean.

Great place to get away. Incredible view from our 2nd floor balcony. We parked the car and didn’t drive anywhere until our departure day. Great restaurants, grocery store, and shopping all within walking distance. We will be back.
