Labor Day Week (9/3-9/10) Ocean Resort Condo

Sea Crest Surf & Racquet Club is a perfect location for family fun and activities, or just relaxing at one of the three pools. It’s located across the street from the beach (one of the pools is beach side). Coligny Plaza is a 3 minute walk for shops, restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store. There are numerous bike paths, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and pickle ball courts. Relax under the pergola gazebo and cook dinner on one of the BBQ grills. The courtyard area has picnic tables and cornhole. There is a playground for the kids and the indoor activity center has books and games. Guests have access to the beachside pool, deck, and beach access at Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort. The condo has free Wi-Fi as well as Wi-Fi at each a of the pool locations. For your convenience, there is an on-site coin operated laundromat.

Unit 524 is a 2 bedroom (1 bedroom is a loft), 1.5 bath condo. The large master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. The loft comes with two twin beds and the spacious living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa. The deck overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Pictures are from model unit.

Each condo unit has 1 parking space in the parking lot adjacent to the buildings. There are no reserved spaces, it is first come first served. Check-in time is between 4:00pm and 8:00pm on 9/3/2022. Check-out time is 10:00am on 9/10/2022. No pets are not allowed and absolutely no smoking inside the condo.
