This was our favorite home to date that we have rented on HHI. Home is so comfortable, clean and perfect quiet location. All the comforts of home and for the beach were found in this beautiful home. Carol was quick to respond to any questions we had. We cannot wait to return next August.

Beautiful large home - 9 minute bike ride to Harbor Bakery & beach. Great house for a family. The kitchen is huge and well set up to cook family meals. The small pool was perfect and was used by the college kids & small kids. It was a perfect! We loved our stay. Fabulous & quick communication with the property owner.

We’ve e been visiting HHI for 35 years now. Our daughter was 6 her first trip. We are now traveling with her, her husband and our granddaughter along with my sister, each year. The house was much bigger than expected. Plenty of room to sleep 8 comfortably and so much space to relax in the rest of the house. We were there for a weeding and it was no problem with everyone getting ready at the same time. Also very easy to get anywhere in Sea Pines and to the nearby towns.

Excellent Accommodations!

This is the first time our family has rented a house on HHI in the 30+ years we have been vacationing here. We found the pictures represented exactly what the property looked like. In addition to the roominess of the house where everyone could have their own space, the outside patio gave all of us a feeling of serenity surrounded by the natural foliage and wildlife. The owners were fantastic and communicated with us prior to our visit which made it a seamless check in, I would highly recommend renting this beautiful home.

Perfectly Peaceful

We visited HH for our nephew’s wedding and this was a perfect home for my family. It was spacious, clean and the back yard provided a quiet and private place to relax. My kids enjoyed bike rides thru the subdivision & loved being able to take a quick dip in the small pool to cool off throughout our stay.

Family vacation

Our stay at 19. Columbine was The perfect place for me to gather with my children and their families. He surely had everything we needed for our stay on the island. We are no strangers to Hilton head and my family has been coming there for almost 40 years. I highly recommend 19 Columbine I look forward to coming back to the island next year

We enjoyed Hilton Head. My daughter went on a trail ride at Lawton Stables, we enjoyed biking, the beach and took a sunset dolphin tour. On July 4th we watched fireworks from at Harbor Town and had dinner there one evening.

Fantastic Vacation Spot

This is a perfect vacation home for two small families or a group of friends (or one large family!). We stayed as a group of adults and absolutely loved how much space there was throughout the house. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen, dining room, and multiple living rooms/relaxation spaces are absolutely perfect for group hang outs or finding space to yourself. The location of the house is very convenient to get to a number of highlights of Sea Pines and the house provides bikes to get around easily. The owners were incredibly helpful - very on top of getting us parking passes and answering questions and accommodating special requests. We have nothing but great things to say about this house and would absolutely stay again in the future!

This property is the most well appointed rental I’ve been fortunate to experience in Hilton Head. It was even nicer than the photos. Very central location and with tons of nice touches, like lovely children’s books and games. The beds were super comfortable. We hope to rent here again!!

Beautiful House

I've been to Hilton Head many times, but this was one of my favorite places. We will definitely stay here again! The house was very spacious and had plenty of rooms with tables and chairs for dining, playing games and hanging out with family. We slept 8 people comfortably. The house had everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. We loved biking around the neighborhood, and we even rode bikes to dinner one night. Thank you for allowing us to borrow your bikes. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed for the week. We loved sitting in the pool in the afternoons. You can enjoy sun or shade in the back yard and it is always so quiet and peaceful. I was worried about getting to the beach by shuttle with my sister who is pregnant, but the process was very easy and convenient! Carol made sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to mail our car tags to us which saved us a lot of time during check in. This was a great rental and I will definitely book here again in the future.

A wonderfully appointed and spacious living and dining area with greenery and a pond out back door. Located in a secured community with all homes in neighborhood well maintained. Short drive to any necessities, dining and shopping. A beautiful home by anyone’s standards.
