Perfect Location

Condo was super cute with a beach vibe; perfect location to the beach and pool. Even though it was on the 1st floor, the view was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

Can’t Wait to Stay Again

We winks defiantly rent this condo again! The master bed was very comfy and our son said the sleeper sofa was also comfy. The condo was spacious. The location on the island is great and we love Palmetto Dunes. Would defiantly stay again. One note: there is parking under the complex but has low clearance. We drove an F250 and had no problems parking in the lot out front.

This unit exceeded my expectations. Great location, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen. Staff was visible around the grounds cleaning and landscaping every day. We will definitely go back!

Property definitely is in need of a deep clean. Communication about the cleanliness of the unit with the staff was quick and efficient. Access to beach is easy and property itself is well maintained. We vacationed with our dogs and it was very pet friendly! Would stay again.

Would stay here again, had a great time!

Very clean, exactly as advertised, we enjoyed our stay. Bathtub did not drain well, but this has been true of all the beach condos we have stayed at in this area. Overall we were extremely pleased with this property.

Condo as advertised. Nice stay

The condo was great for the price Very comfortable but not too fancy that you were super worried about sandy toes. The balcony is the best place to hang out. Lovely. The condo itself was really functional. A little dated but not a big deal. Two things should be addressed. The light switch in the master bath is super sketchy but easily fixed. Also, the complex itself is little dirty The trash chute was really disgusting and quite frankly I felt we needed to Hose ourselves down after bringing out the trash. I know the owners probably can’t address but it should be passed on as I’m sure they pay HOA fees. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Wonderful retreat

My husband and I stayed here with our two small dogs. We absolutely loved it! The place was very convenient to the pool and the beach. The condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated. We will definitely come again!

Gorgeous location and great unit but not clean

The unit is spacious, has a great view, and is in a lovely location. The pool area is fantastic and beach access is a breeze. The only downside was that the unit had obviously not been properly cleaned in some time. The shower/tub was covered in orange and black mildew. The kitchen was not much better. We resolved that with a gallon of bleach from Publix, but that was a huge turn off, especially with covid. If it had been clean it would have been pretty close to perfect.

Please find a new property manager

We arrrived at 4pm at check in time to find that our unit had not been cleaned! We were horrified! We had our dog with us and couldn’t leave the property. With covid 19 we were VERY concerned about germs! We contacted the rental company about our situation and they promised someone would be there to clean in 20 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later a girl showed up to clean with out a mask. We were forced to sit outside on the balcony with our dog in 105 degree index while she “cleaned” for 35 minutes. We were left with all 3 sinks clogged, a moldy shower curtain and a quarter inch of scum on the shower floor. The rental company was rude and refused to compensate us for the filth and inconvenience. Honestly this unit really is great! Great location and well equipped. It very unfortunate that the rental property has forced us to leave a bad review.
