533 Shorewood is an amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront villa with a pool and ocean views! This stunning beach condo sleeps 7 and is on the 5th floor with elevator access, featuring all new furniture and décor, a community pool, beach access, and more!

Upon entering, you are met with views from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, granite counters, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The dining table seats 6. Sit back and relax in the living room, which offers ample seating. The living and dining areas offer access to the patio with seating for six and views of the community pool and ocean.

Just off the living room is the first primary bedroom, which has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a workspace, and the guest bathroom has a combination tub and shower.

The elevators in the building at 533 Shorewood will be completely unavailable for January through the end of February 2026 due to a scheduled replacement project. During this time, there will be no elevator access in the building. Guests must use the stairs for all floor access.
