Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort Condo #C232 is a gorgeous unit dedicated to couples who need time away and relax. Location is on the 2nd Floor of Ocean Villa "C" and an End Unit offering my day light and excellent views of the Ocean, Beach and Islands Largest Outdoor Pool.

This location is one of the closest you can possibly get to put your Feet in the Sand and that Drink in your Hand.
1 Bedroom / 1 Bath - With Queen Bed and Sleeper Sofa. King Bed is coming however!!

Kitchen offers a convection microwave, dishwasher, stove top, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee drip pot, as well as a Keurig (K-cup) (no coffee is supplied). Dining Table seats 2 along with 2 bar stools. All the Dishes and Utensils that you will need for making a vacation meal.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

Off Season: November to mid-February - Things like Jamaica Joez Poolside Bar & Restaurant and Beach Shore Services, will in most cases be closed for the winter season. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

CONDO & RESORT INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dryers are located at the far end of the hallway. You will need to purchase a Money Card at the convention center. They are not coin operated.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule) - NO E-BIKES are allowed on property.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 8AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies
