Welcome to our newly renovated Ocean Dunes villa, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort and enjoyment. This beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa boasts all-new furnishings and modern finishes, ensuring a luxurious stay.

Step into a stylishly furnished living space featuring a full-sized kitchen with sleek wood cabinetry, elegant quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen seamlessly flows into a combined living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The master bedroom is equipped with a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two new twin beds. A comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy breathtaking, direct ocean views from your private balcony, a serene spot to unwind.

Each villa at Ocean Dunes comes with high-speed wireless internet, enhancing your stay with convenience and connectivity.

The highlight of your stay will be the Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool, now a heated oasis open year-round. Set to a perfect 82 degrees, this pool offers a delightful escape from 9 AM until sunset.

Located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park. Our oceanfront complex is ideally situated approximately 70 yards from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf.

Review* unit needs a cleaning

Property needs a deep cleaning as everything felt very dirty and there was an obvious layer of dust everywhere on all fixtures. Master bath had excessive mold on trim. Also the standard keys for the unit made things much more challenging vs an electronic code like most units have. Also you need to have laundry baskets available especially since the laundry isn’t in the unit. Finally, there were no beach towels available in the unit for guests, therefore we had to go and buy. It is a great location just needs to be maintained better.

Great condo for small families! Reasonably priced for an oceanfront unit. Close to Coligny Plaza and across the street from the check-in office. Short drive to other popular local restaurants. The heated pool was great for kids in mid-May! It's not very deep so it was ideal for young ones. Beach access directly in front of building. We were also able to use the Hilton's beach bar/restaurant next door for Starbucks or lunch, which was convenient. My only criticism is the cleanliness of the unit. Lots of sand and crumbs on floor, kitchen island, and countertops. I had to do some cleaning upon arrival in order for the unit to feel comfortable. Improving cleanliness would make a big difference! Also, it would be worth it to invest in a good coffee pot. A small suggestion, but necessary in my opinion.

Good Location

overall, it was fine. Good location. The condo itself was not clean, especially the area rug (gross!). More attention is needed to maintain the place - the screen door to the balcony needs to be replaced. All of that said, it was just fine, just be prepared to be really cozy. The location is terrific, the outdoor pool is ok, too.

We stayed here for fall break & loved it! Great oceanfront view, very clean, nice big showers, & comfy beds!! Close to Coligny Park that has little shops & restaurants within walking distance! Short drive to Sea Pines/Harbour Town! We will definitely try staying at this Villa again!

Nicely decorated!

Very nice decor that was comfortable living. The bathrooms are very nicely done. The pool was just right and beach access what very nice. Since we were not interested in preparing meals, the location close to Caligny beach is a bonus. Easy access to Sea Pines, Ship Yard and other major developments was easy peasy.

The perfect view!

This property was spotless and the view was priceless! Check in was quick and easy and parking was just as good. Easy access to the pool and to the beach. We Loved our monring walks on the beach and every minute that we spent there. We will definitely book this villa again!

Best place on earth

Wonderful vacation. Great rental! Only suggestion is more comfy outdoor chairs for the balcony. Also the TV was a bit difficult to figure out- we got it but had a screaming toddler for a few minutes. Great location. Nice pool area. Great proximity to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Memorial weekend

Nicely renovated. Had issues with secondary bedroom air conditioner but they replaced the unit and all was good. Wifi was out and not fixed.
