This cozy, one-bedroom, one-bath villa features a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals at home.

The open living and dining area seamlessly connects to a private balcony, offering breathtaking ocean views perfect for savoring sunrises and sunsets. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, and the hallway features two bunk beds—perfect for small children.

Situated just 70 yards from the ocean, Ocean Dunes Villas is conveniently located near Coligny Plaza, where you can enjoy a variety of shops and dining options. Each villa includes wireless internet service for your convenience.

Enjoy year-round relaxation with access to the Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool, now heated to a comfortable 82 degrees. The pool is open daily from 9 AM to sunset, ensuring you can take a refreshing dip whenever you like.

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Disappointed

My husband and our toddler stayed here this past week and killed two roaches “palmetto bugs” (same thing if you Google it) within the first two days of being there. Under the tables and chairs were crumbs and tons of dust. The room smelled old and musty. Had to call and have cleaning services come and clean. Shower drain doesn’t drain well, bed was terribly uncomfortable. This room needs some serious updates and the bug issue addressed immediately.

Family Vacay 2020

Overall our stay at the Ocean Dunes Villas condo was good. The condo was nice and the perfect size for our family of 4. We cooked our own food due to the pandemic and the kitchen was very accommodating. The condo was right on the beach. Our room had an ocean view with a balcony that looked over the pool. The pool was nice, a little small and was heated during our stay. Really wished that it was not heated during the summer months. That was truly only the drawback. We also had left our beach things in a wagon outside our door at night, as others were doing and the next time we went to the beach we had two chairs and a umbrella missing. Later that night our stuff was returned. Kinda a surprise, but opened the door and our 2 chairs and umbrella were neatly placed where our wagon had been prior. Other than those few things, our stay at Ocean Dunes Villas at Hilton Head was nice.
