Please note: we are on the second floor of the building and both bedrooms are located on the second floor within the villa. There are no elevators in the complex.

There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in Beach Arbor. Additional cleaning fee of $500 will apply if violated.

There will be an additional $30 cleaning fee if your fur family joins you and an additional $30 per night which will be added by host upon booking confirmation.

Our original rental was canceled due to AC issues, and we were recommended to the operators of this property. They assured us they would get us in, and they absolutely delivered! We literally booked the same day, and they took care of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or attentive host. Even though we didn’t have time to check out the area beforehand as we normally do, it turned out to be perfect. We are very picky about where we stay, but we had zero issues here.Don’t even hesitate to book this property you will not be disappointed!

Excellent Location

This property was not only incredibly convenient to the beach but also the Coligny shops, restaurants and park. Also, the property owner, Tracy, was wonderful about communicating with us during the process and answering any questions that we had. We look forward to booking it again in the future.

Great stay at Coligny Beach!

This condo was perfect for our four person (plus dog) family. We parked our car and could bike and walk to everything! Several bathrooms with a nice, updated kitchen. We loved doing the puzzles as a family when it rained. Thank you for a great stay in Hilton Head!

The community with Tracy was above and beyond… The Vrbo app gave me a hard time for the checking but Tracy was able to help us. Cleaning could be a little bit better. It was very good considering that the townhouse is at the beach but the cleaner could pay more attention to details… The pictures are very accurate and the location is great! Thank you again, Tracy and you will have my family as guests, again!

Nice stay within walking distance of the beach

We enjoyed our short stay. We were able to bring our dog and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to Coligny beach and very convenient to the Coligny shops and restaurants.
