Wake up to ocean views, walk to the beach, and ride along the coast on free bikes. Our cozy villa is made for couples, beach lovers, and nature seekers. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony, beach gear, and walkable to shops and restaurants. Book your coastal escape now!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The door lock was a little awkward . The host was quick to reply to our inquiry. I missed having a GOOD cup of coffee in the kitchen. Overall a good comfortable stay. Very clean. Gourmet Valentine cookies were very appreciated .

We had a great stay. The place was as advertised. It was clean with easy and quick access to the beach. The wagon, chairs and umbrella were very handy, and we enjoyed the bike rides on the beach with the bikes that come with the unit. We appreciated the food and shopping at the plaza just down the road. The owners were very responsive with communication. We hope to return in the future!

Fantastic spot with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Perfect location just down the beach from the Coligny shops. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting a beachfront stay in Hilton Head! Communication was great too!

This place was lovely—inviting, warm, and perfectly relaxing. It has everything you need. Being right on the beach was wonderful, especially at this time of year when everything was quiet and serene. For anyone who enjoys running or biking, there’s a quite long, paved trail right next to the property, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. It’s an ideal place for 1–2 people, and I would definitely stay here again!

Check in and location was all good. This is a very small condo, you walk in the door and the bed is right there. Two of us were in the condo and I would not want anymore than that-the owners were great communication wise. The view from the balcony was ok- the balcony’s are very close to each other so we always had people on either side of us. Overall good condo just very small.

Exactly As Described

The condo is exactly as described on VRBO. It was perfect for our Anniversary celebration. The Condo location is perfect and very near to all shopping and dining district in Coligny. Beautiful sunrises and daily dolphin sightings. You can walk or bike everywhere! We would stay again! Thank you to Kendall Kline our host who even left beautifully designed Anniversary Cookies from a nearby Bakery! Kendall was an amazing host and was easy tocommunicate with.

Excellent location right on the beach. The property had everything we needed for a great 4th of July weekend!! We especially enjoyed the bicycles that came with the room. The host wrote every day to check on us to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely little beach trip!

We have a great time in Hilton Head staying at this property. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The management of the property was great as well and quick to respond to all of our questions. They have umbrellas and a wagon to help bring your stuff to the beach as well as a well-appointed kitchen which saved us a lot of money. We really enjoyed it!

Great Location

Overall, the property and it's location in Coligny Beach was great. It appears that it was recently updated. With that said, the unit could have been cleaned better. There was dirt and dust along the floorboards and crumbs on the table and chairs. The biggest issue is the air leak around the front door and the HVAC unit which meant the A/C unit was constantly turning on and off 24/7.
