Beautifully decorated ground level villa with open living areas, 70 Fairway is one of our exclusive Premier Properties. The rear lagoon view from the sunroom or patio will take your breath away! Beautifully decorated and yet comfy and welcoming. Just a short five minute walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches via Beach Access 45, puts you away from the crowds and on the sand in about ten minutes on foot. Full sized washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen are just some of the extra bonuses with this property.

As with all of our villas, two free bikes are included to explore the miles of Seapines bikes paths, many with low intensity lighting for riding safely at night. Harbour Town or the South Beach Village are just 1 1/2 miles away. Guided horseback rides go into the 600 acre forest preserve from Seapines Lawton riding stables--free petting zoo for all ages. The rear area bridge over the lagoon ends in a well maintained practice putting green. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Very spacious and comfortable

We loved this property. The putting green steps away from the back door was a huge selling point and the inside was spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals and having the bonus sunroom made traveling with the kids very convenient. I feel the walk to the beach was a bit further than was conveyed in the listing, but still walkable and we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing vacation! The location is fantastic with a 10 min walk to the beach. The house provides us with everything we needed and we loved the sun porch to sip our coffee in each morning, and hearing and watching the many birds. We were so grateful for this trip - we love South Carolina!

Home with everything

Beautiful home, spacious wit lovely enclosed sun room that looks out at creek and golf course. Fun to watch the egrets, turtle, gators! And woof stork from here at breakfast. Didn't use kitchenuch but fridge has great ice maker and cold water on door. Lovely fans everywhere Beautiful trees with Spanish moss, other plantings I'm s bit handicapped so getting to beach was not real easy, but got up early and got parking at 9 am at South Beach and also took trolley to get there.

Close to beach

This condo is the fourth one we have rented in Sea Pines and it was by far the best. We chose it because of its proximity to the beach and the sunroom. We spent most our time in the sunroom and it was very relaxing. Everything was so clean and neat. The decore was beautiful. We loved watching the birds and the golfers and the short walk to the mostly private beach. We loved it!!! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay in Sea Pines. Susan and Roger

Grateful to stay again in our favorite villa in SeaPines!

Enjoyed another wonderful stay at our favorite villa in SeaPines. We love that this villa is located close to the beach for easy access. Our favorite feature of this villa is the Carolina Room which overlooks the lagoon and putting green next to hole #4 Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. This villa is well cared for, clean and beautifully decorated. All the beds are very comfortable. Grateful again for a lovely stay here with family where memories will be treasured forever.

Incredibly Clean, Well Stocked and The View!

We have been coming to HHI and staying in Sea Pines for many years and this was the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable condo we have stayed in! The Host communicated very and everything was as advertised or better! We look forward to staying here again next year!

As Advertised

This was the first experience we had with VRBO where the property was what we expected. The house was in a great location both from the aspect of being convenient to shopping, points of interest and the beach, as well as a beautiful setting. The view from the back overlooked the lagoon and a pristine chipping/putting green, accessed by a bridge a short walk away. The premises were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Check in was smooth. The owners also supplied an abundance of books, games, puzzles, cards, etc. My only negative would be the wifi. It was adequate but just so as i experienced multiple buffering incidents. Would definitely rate this property a ten, and most definitely would stay here again.

Well Equipped with Golf View

The check in was easy and the unit is clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The bikes were available but we did not have an opportunity to use them due to the weather. The golf view is nice. Appreciate a pet friendly stay on HHI. The king size mattress could use an upgrade.

Lovely spot

We have been visiting HHead since the 70's when my parents had a place there. It is my happy place. My husband, sister, and I go every year now. We have kept going renting VRBOs and this was our favorite villa! I almost hate to say to cause then it will not be available for us but honestly, it was just great. So close to the beach which really is a 7 min walk or a 3 min drive to the beach club. I will say the unit does not have beach chairs as advertised but that is just for an FYI!. We are golfers and played off island for better rates. We always go out to eat a few times and love Franky Bones and Smoke House - both great for food and reasonably priced. It was such a nice bonus to have the bikes there for us and the kitchen is so well equipped for any cook! Many thanks to the owners, it was great and we plan to return!

Summer '24 HHI Vacation

We have always stayed at Marriott properties so this was our first time not in one of them. We love Sea Pines and the location was excellent being close to one of the gates and bike paths. It was also great that we could have our dog with us. Amenities were great even though cable/internet were out for the first few days Communication and responsiveness of the property managers was excellent. Only complaint was that the bathtub could stand to be replaced - it is really beat up. We will likely stay here or in this area again. near the bike paths.

Sea Pines Hidden Villa Treasure

Loved this property. Slept 4 comfortably, and enjoyed all the extras like bikes, gym access, pickleball, tennis, and beach items (chairs, umbrellas, and wagon). The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. The villa was really clean and had lots of towels for personal and beach use. Loved getting the car pass and additional items in the mail ahead of my stay. Accessibility to a grocery store, restaurants, and Harbor town, and tennis academy all 5-10 minutes away via car. A bonus was watching the alligators lounge on the putting green. A true gem in Sea Pines. Will book again for next summer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice Stay

The floorplan of this villa is very welcoming and comfortable. We loved the sunroom for watching the birds and gators in the lake as well as the putting green - it was nice to sit outside as well.

Loved Our Stay

Great villa in Sea Pines with beautiful water and golf course views. So clean you'd never know it's a pet-friendly unit. Well-equipped galley kitchen. We asked if we could pull the two twin beds together to make a king bed and the owner had it all setup for us when we arrived! We're fans of the board game Wingspan and enjoyed playing it on the table in the Carolina Room while watching many of the game's song birds and water birds fly by. Loved our stay with our son and his wife and their dog and would definitely stay here again.

Getaway

Very happy with the accommodation. Great location. The cart and umbrella were very handy for the beach and we loved sitting out back. Only negatives were we ran out of ice and couldn’t figure out what to do about it and also, on arrival, found a piece of chewing gum on the little blue table (I took a photo). Would def recommend it.

Relaxing Stay in Sea Pines

LOVED this place! We'd never stayed in Sea Pines before, but look forward to staying here again. The property was in a lovely setting, right off the golf course with access to a putting green from the back yard. Thoroughly enjoyed watching from the comfort of the lovely sunroom the golfers, alligators, and anhingas sunning themselves. The unit was very nicely decorated, and well-supplied. We really appreciated all of the amenities provided. Having bikes was really nice, and we took several easy rides through Sea Pines. The unit was about a .5 mile walk from the beach, but it wasn't a bad walk using the provided beach cart to carry everything we needed. Only downside was there was no pool (there is a Sea Pines community pool, but it is unavailable for 2024). Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Return to our Favorite!

We enjoyed a return visit to 70 Fairway which is a solid favorite place of ours in Sea Pines. It was lovely to share this villa with our parents from UK who have fallen in love with it just as we have. We loved walks to the beach, golfing, fishing in the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, and enjoying the views from the Carolina room eating take outs from our favorite restaurants. Highly recommend this wonderful villa run very well by Jessica.

Great Location

We absolutely loved the location near the putting green, lagoon, and tease of the fourth hole. It was so fun to walk to the beach, and a good distance, not too far. It was lovely to be on one level, and have a glass room to enjoy all the wildlife. Everything was ideal.

Great Place - GREAT Host!
