The owners of Shorewood 312 have thought of everything to make your stay incredible and unforgettable! Take the elevator to the third floor and enter this amazing retreat. This spacious villa offers over 1600 square feet with unprecedented views of the Atlantic Ocean and zero entry pool. Enjoy the Ocean Front balcony as you feel the breeze and let your dream vacation begin.
The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and beautiful white cabinets. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare any meal for your family. The dining room table has seating for 6 with an additional two bar stools at the kitchen counter.
When entering the master bedroom, take in the wonderful view that you will wake up to each morning! The King Bed & tropical beach decor is soothing and you will instantly feel relaxed and ready to put your feet in the sand.
A private master bath attached to the bedroom, continues in the soothing whites and sand colors.
The villa has a second Master suite with a Queen Bed, also decorated in the similar coastal style with a private bath that has been updated with granite and modern fixtures.
The twin bedroom is delightful with nautical themed fixtures and bedding. Across from this room is another full bath located in the hallway. Each bedroom in Shorewood 312 has flat screen TV, plus a DVD player is located in the living room.
Shorewood Villas is located in a gated community in South Forest Beach. This area is one of the most desirable areas for the perfect beach vacation. Located just a short walk from Coligny Plaza, which features several shops, dining, and much more! The property is amazing. I don't think the description mentions that it's an end unit and overlooks the pool as well as the ocean.It's clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. I will definitely try to book this unit again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The property was actually as advertised and equipped with everything we needed. There was only two of us, but our friends preferred coming to hang out in our property during rainy afternoons because it was spacious! We would definitely stay here again. It was nice that staying there came with a voucher for beach equipment, but it wasn’t delivered until 2 days into our trip. We are so glad we chose this property! Close to the elevator, but not directly next to it. View of the pool from one side and view of the ocean on the other!

Beautiful vacation villa!

Location was excellent! Directly on the beach, great surf fishing! Pool was wonderful for adults and toddlers. Walk to Coligney for shopping and ice cream. Villa has everything our family needed. Seashore Vacations was wonderful!

wonderful stay

As usual, there was a glitch, totally beyond the control of the owner (elevator out). Buddy offered help with luggage and a rebate, which was very fair. The property/view/location are all ideal as far as we are concerned. We hope to return. 5 star even without an elevator.

Real nice apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Great comfortable beds!! I always expect below average well worn beds that don't give a good nights sleep in rentals, but the master bedroom had a really good king mattress. Great night sleeps! Great location to pool and beach. Views of the beach and sunrise (minimal trees in the way and better to view from beach). Would likely return for future beach fun. Thank you

Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful family vacation at this condo. The condo was very clean and updated. The grounds and pool were clean and well maintained. The location and layout of the complex is very convenient. My only complaint was the washer/dryer unit. The washer does not clean well and even damaged some of our clothing. Since we were staying for a full week, we definitely needed a washer and dryer unit. Hopefully they will update these in the future! Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Spring Break retreat

I was so impressed by this property! The location and the view were perfect! The condo had more than enough space for us and was stocked with everything we needed. I made my coffee every morning and sat outside to take in the breeze and sunrise. We had the best experience and vacation. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

The perfect relaxing Hilton Head getaway!

This condo offered my family the perfect peaceful, relaxing getaway we needed. The location is ideal and the condo is immaculate. We loved every detail about this place! From the kitchen, to the bathrooms, living room, balcony, dinning room area - it was all very well stocked and had every amenity we were looking for. The decor was beautiful yet functional and well maintained. The location was prime beach front views and pool front views and easy access from the stairs or the elevator to the 3rd floor. Shorewood even had luggage carts to deliver your items to your condo - huge plus! The location was centrally located to ride your bike or walk to Coligney plaza which houses many shops and restaurants and just a short drive or bike ride to many other locations including Sea Pines. We enjoyed walking on the beach up to Coligney plaza and were delighted to view the beautiful moonrise over the same area where we watched the sunrise in the morning - gorgeous views of both! We enjoyed visiting the Salty Dog cafe, petting zoo, the lighthouse and searching for alligators in Sea Pines. Shorewood is a gated community for parking and beach access. The pool is heated and offers a spacious pool and tanning deck with a hot tub as well. The beach is wide with packed sand so it's easy to walk on the sand and ride bikes as well. If you're looking for a place to unwind and take a break from the hustle and bustle of every day life - then look no further! This is an A+ property!

Beautiful Condo!!!

312 was just as described. Absolutely beautiful condo with amazing views. 4 of us stayed for 5 days and never once felt crowded. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and golf. Management was super friendly and check in was a breeze. You will not regret booking this unit. We will definitely book again!

Great view and location

Overall a really nice unit and property. We loved the location and view, nothing like waking up to see dolphins swimming in the distance! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The unit is very nicely decorated and has an unusually well stocked kitchen with quality cookware and utensils which is nice. Our only complain was that the kitchen cabinets good use a good scrubbing and other areas maybe cleaned a tad bit more between guests. However overall we had a great stay and recommend it.

Beautiful updated condo. Located oceanfront. Amazing pool! Close to all the restaurants and shopping! This was our 1st away since covid started. We felt so comfortable. It was so clean and sanitized when we arrived. It was a 1st time in Hilton head . We can't wait to return next year!

Perfect place to stay!

This place was so wonderful! My family of five along with my in-laws stayed here for a week and it was clean and spacious, 3 bathrooms which was great and a beautiful ocean view. They had an elevator but we always used the stairs which was nice. It was close to everything, a quick walk to the beach, pool was just down the stairs, and it was within walking distance to an awesome playground, shops and restaurants. It was our first visit to Hilton Head and we couldn't have been happier. We hope to come back again!
