Come enjoy this wonderfully decorated and updated two bedroom villa located just steps from the beach! With its tasteful and smartly-decorated beach decor, you'll know you're home!
Moorings villas have excellent separation of its two bedrooms, which is perfect for families, multiple couples and groups alike. On the left side of the unit is the kitchen, dining, living and primary bedroom areas.
The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The kitchen will be fully-equipped, making meals at home an easy task. The dining area is just off the kitchen and comfortably seats six guests.
The living room is beautiful with its updated furniture and Smart TV. On either side of the living room there is a slider to one of two private deck/balconies.
Completing the left side of the condominium is the primary bedroom with king bed, slider to private deck/balcony and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom consists of a gorgeous two-sink vanity and updated custom-tiled walk-in shower.
On the right side of the villa is the very large guest bedroom, which consists of two Queen size beds, Smart TV, slider access to the second private balcony and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This updated guest bathroom consists of a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.
The two balconies provide outdoor dining and lounging furniture, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine and breathe in the warm salt air! The ocean is mere seconds away, along with the Moorings community pool and Dunes House Oceanfront Bar and Grill!
