Spacious Home 2 Masters Golf / Lagoon Views (with dock) Ideal for Big Family

Spacious 4BR/4BA home in Palmetto Dunes with a private pool/spa is a short 2 block walk to the beach. Also there is a newly added dock on the 11-mile lagoon.

The home contains 2 Master Suites with king beds – one with an attached screened porch and one with a separate sitting area with bunk beds, sleeper sofa and crib. A 3rd bedroom contains a queen bed and the 4th bedroom contains twin beds. There is also a loft area with sleeper sofa. All bedrooms contain Smart TVs.

The open living area contains a large sectional with a 65” wall-mounted Smart TV. There is also a DVD player. The adjoining great room contains more seating and dining table with views to the pool, lagoon and golf course. The fully equipped kitchen contains all new appliances, quartz countertops and a 2nd dining table. The large, private back yard features a curved pool with a spill-over jetted spa. The outdoor area includes a dining table, gas grill and screened porch. An over-sized driveway contains a basketball goal and parking for numerous cars.

The garage contains a 2nd refrigerator with icemaker, a Ping-Pong table, corn hole boards, dart board, beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon. Palmetto Dunes also has a seasonal Dunes Buggy and additional beach parking at the Dunes House. Across the street from the General Store is Outfitters where you can rent bikes, kayaks, etc.

*Pool and Spa may be heated upon request for additional fee (subject to seasonal dates)

We had a great time in the house! The pool was perfect for the kids and adults, we had so much room to spread out in the house and had zero complaints. Easy walk to the beach, quiet street and comfortable beds! Loved the beach cart and beach chairs also the games in the home that we were able to use on a rainy day. Perfect stay.

Great house for our family vacation!! Plenty of room for everyone, love the open floor plan. We had 4 families so each got their own room and bathroom. Great pool and very short walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and nice gas grill outside. Sea Pines was a short drive to have lunch at Salty Dog and walk around Harbour Town. We enjoyed making memories and plan on renting the same house on our next visit to Hilton Head! The only negative thing is the 3rd floor bedroom gets pretty hot during the day, but it did cool down at night.

We enjoyed staying here

This house was very spacious! We enjoyed evenings in the screened in patio off the master suite, afternoons at the pool out back, LOTS of games downstairs in the garage (ping pong, darts, basketball) and nighttime movies in the huge living room. Plenty of space for a few families to stay together. We grilled out a few nights during the week. The amenities were perfect! Bathrooms were updated and clean. Bedrooms were large and spacious for all! The kids especially loved the bunk bed. The beach was about an 8 minute walk. Very convenient! There were plenty of beach chairs, wagon, and toys for use as well. We would stay here again!

This is our 2nd time renting this beautiful home! And we just booked it again! Love everything about it! It’s updated to perfection, chefs kitchen with everything we needed for our family dinners, lots of games for forced family fun, comfortable beds, a beautiful pool and dock, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It doesn’t get any better than that! Can not wait to go back!!

Fantastic house!

We had a wonderful vacation in this amazing house. Not only was the house very comfortable for 10 people (it can sleep even more with sofa beds) but it was incredibly well equipped with games, puzzles, books, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Loved the ping pong table and had trouble getting the kids out of the pool to go to the gorgeous nearby beach! Would readily rent this house again.

Could not have been better!

We loved the house, pool and hot tub! Short walk to the beach , we used the wagon to transport all the beach stuff, very convenient. The screened in porch was perfect for evening s and the one day that it rained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable.

We enjoyed our week at 14 Haul Away! Thank you for providing a wonderful “home away from home”! Great accommodations and a bedroom and bath for our children and grands with a very comfortable master. A few repairs are needed: refrigerator handle is loose, doors in hallway do not lock, outlet on den floor does not work, towel rack on 2nd level bath fell off, unprovoked, plastic strip to 3rd level came off.
