This spacious condo has a King in the master bedroom, 2 Double beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa. It is a short walk to all the action in the Harbour Town marina including water sports, restaurants and shopping. Biking is one of the biggest attractions to Sea Pines and you can jump on your bikes and hit the trails right outside of the condo. There are 15+ miles of paved leisure trails, and hike through the 605 acre Forest Preserve. If golf is your game, then Sea Pines has award winning top-tier 3 courses, including the world famous PGA Harbour Town course. Stoney Creek is a peaceful, & quiet community surrounded by beautiful trees and may even spot an alligator or turtles! Leave the car behind and take the old fashioned Sea Pines trolley to the beach. The Sea Pines Beach Club features an oceanside bar, casual dining, and a rooftop terrace. On site pool.

Amazing place!

Great condo! Very clean and had everything we needed! Both guest bathroom had some toilet issues, they both ran the whole time. Also guest bathroom with 2 queen beds, the shower seems clogged and was not draining.

Great location! Everything was very clean. I’m a stickler for that so I don’t give that compliment lightly. Kitchen was probably stocked better than any place we’ve ever stayed. It was fun to see the deer just walking around without a care right outside our patio. The enclosed courtyard was very handy for storing our bikes and the swimming pool was very nice. My daughter said her bed was one of the most comfy beds she’d ever slept in. Ours was very good too. Pillows were also good. Would definitely book again!

Our third time staying at this complex.

Property is very clean, comfortable and convenient to Harbour Town. This was our second time staying in this unit, third time in this complex. We enjoyed exploring the island, sitting on the beach and golfing during the day, then relaxing on the back patio before going out for dinner. The nights we stayed in for dinner were great
we were able to invite friends and had plenty of place settings for everyone. This property suited our needs completely.

Property was ideally located within walking distance to Harbor Town in a nice, quiet property of condos/townhomes. Loved the front gated entry, added additional privacy. Unit smelled a little musty but was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Overall very content.

An Exceptionally Nice Condo in Sea Pines

Sea Pines is a great place to stay when coming to Hilton Head. This condo is a 10 minute walk to Harbor Town so it's very convenient because parking in Harbor Town can be a challenge at times. It's also convenient to South Beach and a trip to Hilton Head isn't complete without a meal at the Salty Dog, a crazy popular place. The condo had nice furniture, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a quiet HVAC and the management company (Seashore Vacations) was top notch. We would stay here again for sure!

We wouldn’t stay any other location now. We’ve been to HHI probably 35 times and never stayed close to Harbor Town. It was so convenient! Condo excellent, loved the pool, loved location close to trolley.

First trip to Hilton Head Island

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island. We selected this property based on the description and location. Here are the pros and cons of this property. Pros: It was a great location. Very convenient to anything on the island. Walking distance to Harbour Town. There was plenty of space for 4 adults. It had newer appliances. The scenery was great. We saw deer several times, one walked right next to the patio. Cons: The description was misleading. It said it was an end unit, which we liked, but in fact, it was the second unit over. The rooms were very dusty in spots like underneath tables and on lamps; The dryer was full of sand and lint; the bathroom door stuck in the master bedroom; there were dirty dishes and silverware, lipstick on glasses in the cabinet; the outside needs some TLC, there are boards missing and peeling paint on the deck and fence. I messaged the property manager after we discovered some of these things. It was on Monday since we arrived late on Saturday and didn't discover some of these issues until Sunday when they are closed. I had to send a reminder and then got a response. By that time, we had taken care of the dishes, etc., so there was really nothing for them to do at that point.

Great location

Despite having a few issues we enjoyed our time on Hilton Head. We found the condo to be in a nice location. We had easy access to Harbor Town , shopping, restaurants and the bike path . The shuttle run right in the complex. The condo is laid out nicely with sufficient seating and sleep space for my family.

Great place for a family!

The house was perfect for our family, and a short bike ride to Harbour Town. Very quiet, secluded area, but close to all the activities. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, living room was comfortable, and bed rooms were nice. Would love to come back!
