Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this beautifully renovated 3rd-floor villa, the perfect escape for two. Enjoy an open-concept design with a plush King bed, cozy Queen sleeper, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a spa-style walk-in shower. Sip coffee on your private balcony, stroll the beach just steps away, or bike to nearby shops and restaurants — beach chairs and bikes included for your adventure.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Wonderful host! Beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach, bikes made exploring coligny enjoyable too!
Nice view from the balcony! It was chilly and windy a couple days but this is nice and protected so we were able to enjoy playing games on the patio in the rain!

This was our second time renting from Jeremy and Kendall and we will never rent from anyone else again! The unit was extremely clean and updated, with everything you need. Beach chairs and bikes included. Kendall personally reached out to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything - communication was quick and very helpful! We love Seaside and Hilton Head, and any unit of Jeremy and Kendall’s is top tier! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location. Have stayed at Sea side Villas for over 25 years. The complex is always updated and clean. This unit has central air and king size bed. Everything you need is in the unit. Really good ocean view.

Kendall is a great guy person to deal with. He was totally open and honest. Gave us ideas on where to go and what to do on HHI. His place is perfect for a couple looking to stay on the beach . His place is safe clean and comfortable.

Great location

Communication with host perfect. Responds very quickly. Clean and updated condo in Hilton Head. AC works great, comfortable king size bed. Limited but adequate starter supply of towels and washcloths. Renters will need to wash bath towels during stay or bring extra. Only had one roll of TP. But I always bring extra. Will most definitely stay here again. I have been staying at Sea Side Villas for over 35 years.

Son's engagement

We came down for 3 nights for our son's engagement event. We enjoyed our time. The unit did have an odor so we bought some air refreshers during our stay. I am not sure the cause of the odor but the hall smells bad leading up to the room as well. There a few cosmetic issues (hole in the wall) that could easily be fixed to improve the appearance. The new appliances were nice and the bed is comfortable. The balcony has an ocean side view, but better placement of the "extras" would allow more room to enjoy the balcony. The heat and air return is quite large and sits on the balcony. It roars pretty loudly when running and this made sitting on the balcony less enjoyable. The unit also condenses and leaks water into the carpet on the balcony., so I had to put my shoes on to sit outside, otherwise I was stepping in water. I think this can also be easily fixed with a repair. Overall, the place accomplished our goal. The pool was nice and the beach access is nice. The area and location is also nice.

Home was perfect for a quick beach weekend. Unit had everything needed and it was more quiet than I expected. Side note, the beach was a little more crowded than I am used to. Great place and was exactly as advertised.

Great Location

We absolutely loved the location of this villa and how close it was to the beach and also Coligny Plaza! If you’re looking for a short walk down to the water and also restaurants and shops this is the place ! The villa was as expected, updated and clean but could use some TLC here and there. The comforter could probably be replaced and the curtains on the sliding glass door as well, they have some previous stains on them. They do provide beach chairs but they were pretty sandy and dirty from the previous guests so we did some rinsing off of those and they were fine for the rest of the stay but could probably be replaced ! We rinsed them off after every use to help that problem. The carpet on the outside balcony was soaked anytime you walked on it so you would have to wear shoes when going out there, which wasn’t a huge deal but kind of inconvenient. Would definitely come back & stay again , just some minor things here and there that could be fixed. Kendall was also very communicative and great!

If We Only Knew

As first time VRBO participants, we are kicking ourselves for not diving in before this Hilton Head stay. Finding the exact spot we wanted to stay, securing the unit, the easy to follow directions, the great communication with Kendall our host, and the perfect stress free vacation was our reward for being daring. The unit was immaculate. Every possible need was anticipated. The unit opens to a king bed with a comfortable mattress, high thread count sheets and a desk with a large, smart tv. You move past a wonderful bath with a large shower and plenty of towels on the way to a full size kitchen, and comfortable living area with another large tv. The balcony does have an ocean view and is positioned to be very private. Kendal had the cutest character cookies and sparkling water awaiting our arrival. I hesitate to write this review because I fear that the unit may not be available when we want to return next year once others find how wonderful this experience has been. Thank you Kendal

S Forest Beach location

Condo convenient to shopping and restaurants. Short walk only a few minutes to the beach. Condo Host very responsive the only downside is that the condo is on the smaller side with limited space for storage of clothing/toiletries. Unit is great for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. I would definitely not put 4 adults into this unit.

Liked that the beach was an easy walk away. Could see and hear the waves from deck. Happy to have 2 beach bikes available for use. Cooling system worked well. King size bed was comfortable. Communal washers/dryers for $1 each in quarters was conveniently located down the hall. Pool available.

Hilton Head was not what we expected at this time of year. We should have done more research as we thought it would be a calm, quiet place with few people this time of year. Our fault for not doing enough research. This was our first visit too. The property was very nice if you are a beach person. Our host responded quickly to all of our questions.
