New to VRBO. Welcome to Seaside Villas 166. This villa is conveniently located on the 1st floor and offers a spectacular view of the ocean and beach. The interior is up-to-date and newly decorated . Unlike most villas at Seaside, you will find this condo offers central air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. The living and dining area offers a queen size sofa sleeper with the convenience of complimentary internet access, cable TV, along with VCR and DVD Player. You'll find that the kitchen is fully stocked and functional with a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and complete accommodations for five. You will LOVE the new walk in shower!
The Sea Side Villas is located along South Forest Beach Drive and is short walking distance to Coligny Plaza which has many great shops and restaurants. You can literally park your car and rent bicycles to explore all of the natural beauty that Hilton Head has to offer! Additional amenities include two on-site pools, on-site grills and picnic tables and ocean front sun deck

Would Stay Here Again

We love Seaside Villas. The condo is the first unit back from the front so you have really close access to the beach. The condo was clean and basic supplies were provided. Check in was easy and access codes were provided early. You do face the sun in the morning. I like drinking my coffee on the balcony in the morning, but I got chased in fairly quickly due to the direct sun. We walked to Coligny several times. You can also walk over to the park with the pirate ship. This location is very convenient if you dont want to get into the car and drive anywhere.

Great Beach Vacation Spot

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 30 years and this place was one of our favorites. We had a great time at this place! The location was so close to the beach and worked great for a family of 4 (3 and 5 year old). We cooked a lot at the place and I felt like the outdated kitchen gadgets (can opener and pizza cutter) could use a bit of an update. For some, not having laundry in a place can be a bit of a turn off but I actually like the laundry down the hall especially when the washer and dryer work really well! We will certainly be back.

Great Location

I just return from my stay at your condo, my best friend and I loved the location, a very short walk to the beach which can be seen from the balcony. The condo was clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend your condo as a top choice for a beach stay at HH with many restaurants and shops nearby. Weekend getaway

Wonderful unit from the comfortable bed and pillows to the many drawers, hangars, nice towels, updated shower, well-appointed kitchen complete with dishwasher to the high-adirondacks on the deck! As noted in other reviews, the sofa is not the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend much time sitting around. Another area showing age is the laminate flooring throughout most of the unit. I only gave a 4 for cleanliness due to an a/c humidity issue that the owner is aware of. Great space for a short stay! I would stay again, even longer once the a/c humidity issue is resolved.

We loved our time spent with this condo. It was clean stocked with all the essentials. Perfect place that served all of our needs! Location was as good as it gets for the area. Just a short walk to the beach with a great view from the patio. Owner was pleasant to deal with and ensured we had a great stay.

Nice stay for a long weekend

Location is fantastic. It was very nice to be so close to the beach. Condo was very cramped for two adults and two small children. I gave cleanliness 3 stars because there was a lot of sand on the floor upon entering the condo and it could use a deep clean (cabinets, vents, fans all VERY dusty). Mattress on both the bed and pullout couch needs to be replaced (both old and too soft). We didn’t have proper fitting sheets for the pullout or any extra pillows, so that was a bit frustrating considering the listing says sleeping arrangements for 4 ppl. We also could have used more towels and washcloths. We didn’t plan on doing laundry because of the short stay, so we had one set of towels and washcloths to last all weekend. Overall we had a decent stay for a short amount of time.

This is a great property for 2 adults. I think anymore and you would be cramped unless you had small children. It is a great location with ocean views. Loved sitting in the balcony looking out to water. Inside had everything you would need. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect!

The condo was very clean, well-equipped, perfect location and beautiful view. The beds and couch all made for a good night's sleep. The outdoor furniture was wonderful for morning coffee, cocktails and reading. Karen, the property manager, was a joy and very quick in communication. We would definitely come back again.

Cozy condo in a perfect location

We rented this condo for our weekend at the RBC Heritage golf tournament. It was perfect for us as we could walk to the shuttle, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach is steps away. Our favorite part was having our morning coffee on the balcony. The bedroom is nice and quiet which allowed an awesome itchy sleep after long days at the course. Thank you for renting to us! We will be back!

Perfect respite spot

Charming, accessible, affordable, right on the beach with lovely views of the water, sea oats, and sunrise.. Kitchen was supplied with all we needed. Very small, but very comfortable and convenient to everything. Plentiful parking behind a gate. The access was a breeze, as we were given codes to gates and doors and had no problems that required dealing with the office, although it was available to us. Bikes and pool on property. Will use again! l

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay at 166, loved not having to carry a key, loved that there was a big bag of ice waiting for us in the freezer, nice touch! Quickly found everything we needed in the unit, nice shower and bed. Pool seemed great but we spent all the time we could at the beach which was a super convenient and peaceful walk, as was plenty of great dining at Coligny Plaza. Been to HHI before and next time we will return to 166 Seaside, everything was wonderful. Thanks to Karen great experience. Wendy and Billy

Great location and clean condo

Very convenient to beach and restaurants. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Only problem we encountered was the refrigerator and freezer didn’t keep food cold until the second day. Put water bottles in freezer and it took two days for them to freeze.

Excellent Location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our 21st anniversary. It was just right for the 2 of us to spend a long weekend. The villa was clean with a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The location is just perfect with beach access literally just steps away!! It is also just a short walk to Coligny. The only complaint we had unfortunately was that neither of us slept well in the bed. We are used to a firm mattress and it was just too soft for us. But otherwise, we had a wonderful, much needed anniversary getaway.
