This stunningly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor Evian villa is brand-new from top to bottom. This open floor plan is furnished with wood flooring throughout and large windows that soak the property in natural light.
The living area features a large, plush sectional sofa and club chair, a unique desk area, and a large flat screen TV. The spacious kitchen offers custom cabinets, an ornate tile back splash, stainless appliances and over-sized counter tops. The dining area features seating for 6, but there is plenty of space to spread out with additional seating and the kitchen bar. Access to the private patio is located just off the dining area, and it is the perfect spot for outdoor dining while taking in the coastal scenery.
The main bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen TV and a reading nook in between two large windows. The private bathroom features a large, marble top vanity and a walk-in shower with pebbled flooring and decorative tile walls.
The guest bedroom also features a king bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, located just outside the bedroom, features a tub/shower combination with gorgeous tile work.
Shipyard is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf. The community borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.
Vehicle Policy: Shipyard allows a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Car passes are $35.00 per car.

Beautifully updated, spacious, perfect for our family. Beach is a very short drive 1-2 minutes to a private boardwalk. Great location on the island surrounded by tons of food, ice cream and putt-putt. Property was clean, well supplied and peaceful. 5/5***** A++
Condo was absolutely fine. Loved the cold AC and great bathrooms. Condo was clean, and view from the deck perfect. We would have liked a higher quality kitchen accessories in condo. Small issue, but an easy thing to address to make it a 10/10.
This was my first experience with a beach vacation, and this property was perfect for our stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. A deck overlooks the golf course. The amenities were as described. This is an ideal location, just a few minutes bike ride from the beach.
