Calm, cool, and relaxed is how you feel entering Kingston Road 29, a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, Hilton Head Shipyard home rental geared for your vacation. This stylish Shipyard home will sweep away your thoughts of work and have you dreaming of Hilton Head’s sunsets.

Warm, neutral tones underlay the foyer and leads throughout the open floor. A formal dining room with seating for 6 is located next to the left of the foyer. The kitchen was renovated in the winter of 2023 with all new stainless appliances, custom cabinets and counters. Four stools hug the bar lining the kitchen; this is a great place to munch on cookies, while waiting on a fresh pot of coffee to brew. A breakfast nook flows from the breakfast bar and offers an additional glass tabletop with 4 sleek chairs. Conveniently located behind the nook sits a dry bar; the perfect place with plenty of space to house hor d’oeuvres when guests visit.

The living room features a 3- piece seating group for your movie night viewing pleasure on the flat screen mounted TV/DVD combo. Sliding glass doors from the living room leads to a sun-room offering tropical motif and equipped with a wicker sofa, 4 chairs, a flat screen TV, and dining table with six matching chairs. Views of Shipyard Golf Course will make this the family’s favorite space to hang!

Three bedrooms are also located on the main level including the primary bedroom which houses a king-size bed and a renovated bathroom. A glass sliding door leads to the deck for more breathtaking views.

The second and third bedrooms are just off the living room. One with two twin beds, perfect for kids, young adults and those young at heart and the other two queen-size beds. The two rooms share a jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom sitting above the garage painted in tranquil blues and grays houses two queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer along with additional storage space for luggage.

Enjoy the stunning new pool for the 2024 season! The outdoor space is complete with multiple sitting areas and a propane grill.

Great vacation home

Great house. Lots of space with a nice backyard area. Bikes were delivered on time and communication with the rental property company was smooth and efficient. We would recommend this house to friends and family.

Great House!

Stayed for tennis tournament for the second time at this house. Bedroom set up is so versatile for mix of couples, singles, females, males, etc. Everything was working properly and we had a great stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 8. Space to spread out, and spaces to come together. Easy rental, check-in and check-out process. Couldn’t have asked for a better arrangement.

We really enjoyed the house. It's very large with plenty of open space to hang out. The garage was also nice to keep our bikes in there. I really liked the amount of beds that are in the house. They were very comfortable.

WE were involved in a tennis championship. Loved the bedrooms because of the twin beds, doubles etc. everyone had their own bed! Very quiet location and the porches were wonderful! Got to watch the deer and golfers. We did struggle with figuring out the main TV, But then we are seniors 🤪!

Beautiful location, So much Potential

The Good - The peaceful tree lined backyard directly on the golf course is wonderful - 5 Stars plus. With some work and care this house could be perfect. The new wood grain floor tile is nice for a beach location. No complains about the beds. A Keurig was great. The free $250 from VayK Rentals was very appreciated and used on bikes. Bikes delivery to house before our arrival and we bike on the beach and to diner and lunch at Dunes House on the Beach. The house allows dogs that makes my family happy. The Bad - On arrival the first thing we saw was trash scatter outside the garage and the front, about 20 items including a raw chicken package with dirt and leaves on them that we had to pick up. The upholstered outdoor cushions were old, dirty with bird dropping on them. We had to cover with towels before using. Other than that it is nice and beautiful outside in the backyard. A bar stool was broken and pinched a finger and he almost fell off the chair. We tried to cook and could not fine a knife sharp enough to cut garlic bread without crushing it.. The fridge, from 1990, has not been fixed, it dripped water inside on every shelf and about 4 ounces accumulated in the crisper drawer and ruined some lettuce and fruit. Its very dated inside with Appliances, Kitchen cabinets and Formica countertop that have not been updated from the1980s. the bath towels are small and very thin. Toilet paper and paper towels are a brand I have not heard of and very bad. For what we paid we expected more. With all the good and bad we would consider staying here again.

Great House

The house was perfect for our needs. Roomy enough for a group of couples here for the SC 55+ State tennis championships. Nicer than the pics and description. Really enjoyed sitting outside on the back patio. Only complaint: there were no extra garbage bags. Also, the refrigerator leaked inside, don’t know why, whether condensation from freezer or just air circulation problem, but literally dripped water. Other than that, a beautiful clean house.

House was spacious it lacked some amenities. Not enough wine glasses. Very few dish towels. Dull knives. Refrigerator had a water leakage problem. Lots of ants falling from skylights onto couch. Bathrooms need updated. Master BR with only one sink and just a tub/ shower combo.

Summer vacation

Beautiful property!!! Very spacious!!! Unfortunately the property was not properly cleaned or being well maintained. Dirty comfort on the bed in the master bedroom, dirty underwear and towel from a previous guest under the bed in the same room. Rat droppings under the sink in the bathroom, pet hair on the floor everywhere. Electrical problems (power kept going out in the hallway and bathroom and lots of mosquitoes in the house. The steps leading from the sun room to the back patio were completely detached from the house. I rented the property for a week. Given all of the issues with this property I don't feel at though I got what I paid for!!!! This home has not received the TLC it deserves!!!
